Foul riding

Recommended Posts

Its pretty much accepted that The UK has a higher tolerance of foul riding than any other racing country and jockeys take full advantage.

Matt Chapman can never see anything wrong. "Whats taking the srewards so long? No problem."

Well in the Southwell 3.12 the winner would have been dusqualified on the track in most countires. In Australia supplemented by a 28 day ban. Other racing authorities take dangerous riding seriously.

Joe Fanning in partucular intimidates deliberately in every close finish. Just staying this side of a collision. He is excellent at feigning an accident but pulling out at the last second with "innocent" tatooed on his forehead just as his rival goes "chicken"
