Winbet was the highest scorer of the week with a massive 19pts. A maximum 6pts from his banker aided his cause along with another 4 perfect predictions.

His score of the week managed to move up to second and just a point of Frisky, who managed to do just enough to stay top. The most troublesome match this week was Bolton vs Everton which cost 23 of 25 of us points. One player avoided a loss with his insurance and the only player to score from it(WFTE) took all 3 pts with a correct prediction. Newcastle vs West Ham and Birmingham vs Man City also caused problems stumping 19 and 18 of us respectivly.

Might just let Autopilot kick in but suspect that the majority are weekend players so the key to gaining places is to outsmart Autopilot mid-week and therefore outd0 the average score Bloody difficult set of fixtures !

Re: IKTS Update - Week 2 You can get automatic e-mail reminders of the matches - I think you can select the facility under 'personal preferences' on the IKTS website, so there's no need to miss any matches. If you are feeling particularly confident in your selections, you can perm any 5 correct score results from 10 for 252 bets, and, if like Mr. Winbet, you correctly predict 5 scores, you can look forward to a minimum odds return of 16,807 to 1. That's a 66/1 return on your initial 252 bets investment. And, yes Mr. Friskyfitz, before you ask, I have remembered to press the right buttons to make sure that my entry goes in tonight.:\ :loon

Re: IKTS Update - Week 2 not feeling confident about the midweek fixtures Arsenal & Chelsea apart. I like your stats spreadman - well I would have done a lot more if I had the bets on. Ironically I have moved away from betting on correct scores this season.

Re: IKTS Update - Week 2 Moving away from correct scores is a wise move, Winbet, the odds are tipped well in the bookie's favour, luckily, the results, and scores, so far seem to be mostly the more common 1-0, 2-0, 1-1 etc. As the season proceeds and we rely more upon current form and league position to evaluate each match, the 'surprise' results will occur. I doubt that many ikts punters would have predicted a 0-3 scoreline for the Birmingham v Middlesbro' match, last night, or even an away win result,for example. Whilst Chelsea and Arsenal may, in the short term, continue to score predictable 1-0 and 2-0 results, it is inevitable that the odd 0-0, 1-1 and even losing result,(!), will occur for these teams. This could mean that the more 'adventurous' score predictions will enable us to win back lost points over the more cautious competitor. Good luck to all ikts players. :ok
