If you look at Aston Villa's last away game, they were phenomenal, but it was only against Norwich. This has temporarily inflated their away rating figure. Don't forget, Wolves won 2-0 at City. Of course they could go win 5-0, but will they do that 10 times in a row vs Villa at home? I doubt it and that means you'll lose money long term.
