Bang on
As it is the start of a new year I am going to put up some football selections. I have been betting on doubles, trebles, and occasional bigger multiples for some time and making a decent profit. I prefer doubles as they usually pay above evens and gives minimum opprtunity for the 'one let me down' scenario. I will stake variably (1pt min - 5pt max). All odds will be taken from Bet365 to make it simpler, it is easier for me rather than saying place this bet with Hills, this one with Lads etc. Stakes will usually be 10pts in total from a 100pt bank. Hull 5-6 ... Portsmouth 11-20 ... 3pts (pays 1.84/1) Sheff Utd 23-20 .... Peterboro' 4-6 ... 2pts (pays 2.58/1) A.Villa 9-10 ... M.K.Dons 8-13 ... 2pts (pays 2.06/1) Arsenal 1-3 ... Solihull Moors 4-5 ... 3pts (pays 1.4/1)

Bang on
F.A.Cup 3rd round weekend. Cups can be tricky but I prefer to try and stick with 'quality' despite some teams making quite a few changes and rotating squads. C.Palace ... Sheff Utd ... Fulham ... 3pts (pays 0.85/1) Gateshead ... Wrexham ... 2pts (pays 2.05/1) Newcastle ... Watford ... 3pts (pays 1.1/1) Chelsea ... Arsenal ... Sheff Utd ... 2pts (pays Evs) 10pts staked.
