Acclaim The Nation 9/4 

Keeping it simple on a very busy day. I like sprints at places like Chester and when a horse like Acclaim The Nation gets drawn in stall 1 with Richard Kingscote on his back then its not really worth looking elsewhere. The 5yo is quick away and is in decent form, the yard had a winner at the last meeting so all looks set, Verne Castle looks the danger.

Tricky race ...withold is all the rage ....could be a good thing....must win this if to go to Melbourne cup as connections want but 12lb penalty and first run season huge ask and at 7/2 ...poor value ...top 2 have recent runs and surface form ....godolphin in flying firm this year so another big race win would be no surprise...value bets
