Just a quickie, I'm going through Mondays racing at the minute and just noticed a horse rated just 15 in the claimer. Mr Wing has been out 3 times and only beaten one horse home. Finished last of 13 in a seller last time at 200/1. I just wondered if I've seen a lower rated horse and I cant think of one?
