Some name you may not have heard of as they are trying a new system this year.Each of these players is representing a nation, so some of the lesser lights have been given an opportunity.Sadly I could not make it for GB, thus giving some of the others a chance.I think we can right off Bay,Rodriguez and Choi before we start. I've studied the dimensions of Comerica Park in Detroit.Its a big field, going out 422ft in the center.The side dimensions are where the home runs need to be hit.The right side is 330-379ft.The left side 346-402. All things considered,there should therefore be a slight advantage for LH Hitters.This Leaves Ortiz and Abreu.Ortiz was in last years home run derby and will have learnt from not doing very well. So im going to have 10pts on Ortiz to [email protected] And a 2pt Cover bet on [email protected]

Re: Home Un Derby I agree with a bet on Ortiz. He has just got better and better over the last 12 months and his hitting is a big as anyones in MLB at the minute. Go Big Papy! :eek
