A couple of good cards at Aintree and Wincanton tomorrow but very competitive too! Nothing stands out from the crowd but Gentleman Jon could be worth risking in a race he won last season. He's looking well handicapped at the minute and a few of Tizzards have been a gallop short so hopefully he will have come on from his seasonal debut 9 days ago.

Well I thik 3 of my last 6 have travelled 2-3 miles and been beaten a nk...sickening but I suppose at least they are tuning well ....today's big race
