ClickandBuy Closing

Check your accounts for funds, I received an email to say it's closing down shortly.

I set an account up years ago in connection with a poker site who presumably wouldn't accept my debit card.  Can't remember the last time I accessed it, but logged in and was able to withdraw to my bank account in a couple of clicks.  Bit of a windfall, found £77 in there!

Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to inform you that the online payment system, ClickandBuy, will terminate its services on 30.04.2016.

In the meantime ClickandBuy will remain available, and you will continue to be able to make purchases up until this termination date.

Please note that it is a possibility that ClickandBuy will not be available as a payment method at certain merchants prior to the termination date of 30.04.2016.

We would like to ask you to spend any remaining E-Money balance you have in your account before the termination date of 30.04.2016. Alternatively, you may have this balance paid out to your confirmed bank account.

After the termination of your ClickandBuy account, you will still be able to access your account information via the account overview up until September 2016. You may also use the account overview to request pay- outs. To ensure any remaining E-money is paid back as smoothly as possible, we would suggest initiating a withdrawal request before the termination date of 30.04.2016.

Please note, in accordance with subparagraph 11.4 of the ClickandBuy Account Terms of Use, one year after the termination of the business relationship, a Dormant Account Maintenance Fee will automatically be deducted off any E-Money balance remaining in your account.

Further information on this can be found in our terms of use. Please go to our website, clickandbuy.com, and click on the link, “Terms and Conditions”, at the bottom of the page.

We would advise you to print or download and save a copy of your transaction overview and invoice documents, locally on your computer.

If you have any additional questions, please refer to our customer support, or to the FAQ section regarding the discontinuation of ClickandBuy on our website.

You can contact us via the contact form, “contact for customers”, at the bottom of our website clickandbuy.com.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyal custom over the years.

Kind Regards,

Your ClickandBuy Team
