Guppie Posted April 23, 2009 Share Posted April 23, 2009 A little different this month-we will be having 3 days of buy ins under $20 and 3 of Higher buy ins $20+.Also there will be 1 Kinky Day with a <$20 and a $20>option. The Punters Lounge Best Poker Player (BPP) league runs each calendar month to award the title to the player with the best performance over the nominated games during the month. At the end of the month the league winner will have (BPP) added after their name for the following month and the BPP award given. Scores are awarded to everyone who cashes this month down to a maximum of 20th place You have to vote yourself in via the daily diary poll.If you cash to be awarded points you must post a screenshot in daily winnings. Only your best 4 scores over the month will count towards your total. I think it doesn't reward players enough for doing well in big field tourneys, I'm not sure if this was the intention when thinking up the new system? :unsure For example, I played in the boss game last night, 407 runners, 3 and a half hours and I finished 13th for 9 points and bottom of the leaderboard!! No disrespect to the other guys, but I think it's a bit unfair that someone who finishes 5th in a 35 runner tourneys gets more points than someone who grinds for 3 and a half hours and finishes 13th of 407! The trouble with the old system is it was left on 1 persons shoulders to do the updates and by doing it this way it can be spread between us.
