Re: La Liga > February 14th - 17th [h=1]Source : William Hill Opta Stats La Liga Opta Facts| February 15-16[/h] Elche v Osasuna These sides have a perfectly identical head-to-head in La Liga meetings so far, winning four each and drawing three. Elche are without a win in five meetings with Osasuna in the top-flight (D3 L2) and have not beaten them since a 2-1 home victory in 1963. The 2-1 victory recorded at El Sadar in the reverse fixture earlier this season was Osasuna's first La Liga win under manager Javi Gracia. Elche have won their last two league games at the Martinez Valero without conceding a single goal (three goals scored). Osasuna have claimed 10 points from six games in 2014 so far; no side lower than 9th in the La Liga table has a better record this calendar year. Former Osasuna player Coro has now scored four league goals this season, equalling his best ever La Liga goal haul (also four with Espanyol in 2006/07). Oriol Riera has scored in Osasuna's last two league games; the last player to score in three in a row for the Reds was Kike Sola back in 2010/11. Elche have scored just 10 league goals at home this season, a joint-low with Levante, while Osasuna have scored a league-low eight in the second-half (including home and away goals). The Reds have been shown a league-high eight red cards this season, while Elche have seen 68 yellow cards brandished, the joint-third most in La Liga. Atletico Madrid v Valladolid Atletico have the opportunity to win six consecutive meetings with Real Valladolid for the first time in their top-flight history. Valladolid have scored on each of their last five visits to the Vicente Calderon in La Liga but have lost four of those (winning 2-1 in 2009). Atletico legend Kiko Narvaez scored his final goal for the club in a 6-1 hammering of Valladolid back in 1998. Valladolid have won more away games against Atleti than versus any other side in their La Liga history (seven). Despite winning just two of their last five league games (D2 L1), Atletico are one of only two sides unbeaten on home soil in La Liga this season (alongside Athletic). JIM's side are unbeaten in three league games (W1 D2); a run that coincides perfectly with Stefan Mitrovic's arrival at the club. Diego Costa, who scored his first La Liga goal for Valladolid in 2009, has scored in his last two meetings with his former side. Four of Real Valladolid's last six league goals have been scored by subs (Osorio (2), Rama and Victor Perez). Valladolid have scored a league-high 42% of their goals with headers this season, though Atletico have conceded just two headed goals all season; a league-low. The side from Madrid have conceded more penalties than any other La Liga team in the year 2014 (three). Levante v Almeria Levante have won three and drawn one of their five previous La Liga meetings with Almeria (L1). Los Granotas have won both previous home meetings with the Andalusian side in the top-flight without conceding a single goal. The last time a Levante player scored a hat-trick in La Liga was in the first ever top-flight meeting between these sides (Christian Rigano in a 3-0 in 2007). Joaquin Caparros has won four of his last five La Liga meetings with Almeria, drawing the reverse fixture this season (2-2). Levante have drawn more games 0-0 than any other La Liga side this season (five, including three in the Ciutat de Valencia). Almeria have lost their last three away league games, failing to score in the last two. Keylor Navas has made more saves than any other goalkeeper this term (98); Esteban is second in this ranking (97). No Almeria player has ever scored more penalties in a single La Liga season than Verza has this term (four, same as Negredo in 2008/09). Levante have lost a league-high 13 points having scored the first goal of the game this season; Almeria are second in this respect (12). Barcelona v Rayo Vallecano Barcelona have won their last six league meetings with Rayo Vallecano, scoring 4.3 goals per game on average and conceding just once overall. Rayo have only won one of their previous 14 trips to the Camp Nou in La Liga (2-0 in 2000, with a brace from Jon Perez Bolo). Barcelona inflicted on Rayo their heaviest ever La Liga defeat back in 1979 (9-0). If only results away from home counted, Rayo would be outside the relegation zone on 11 points. On the last occasion that three points were level on points at the top of La Liga in the second-half of the season, Barcelona went on to win the title (level with Deportivo and Real Madrid in 1992/93). Lionel Messi has scored in four of his previous five league meetings with Rayo (seven goals). Joaquin Larrivey has participated directly in four of Rayo's last five league goals (two goals, two assists). Against no other La Liga side has Pedro Rodriguez scored more goals than he has against Rayo Vallecano (five). Barcelona have not lost consecutive home league games since 2003. Tata Martino's side have the highest possession figure in La Liga this season (67%), while Paco Jemez's side are second in this ranking (61%). Barca have scored a league-high eight goals on the counter-attack this season, while Rayo are the only side not to score one after a fast break. Villarreal v Celta Vigo Villarreal have only won one of their last seven meetings with Celta Vigo in La Liga (D3 L3), though this was their most recent home meeting (1-0 in 2007). The Yellow Submarine have won four of their seven home meetings with the Galician side in the top-flight (D2 L1), scoring in all seven. Celta are one of three teams to have lost 5-0 to Villarreal in La Liga (with Salamanca and Tenerife); the Yellow Submarine's biggest ever top-flight win. Villarreal have won their last three league games at El Madrigal; they have never won four in a row in La Liga under Marcelino Garcia Toral. Celta are unbeaten in three league games (W2 D1); they have not gone four unbeaten within a single season since last returning to La Liga. Giovani dos Santos has contributed to more goals than any other Villarreal player in La Liga this season (nine goals, seven assists). Villarreal have earned a league-high eight points with goals scored in the final 15 minutes this season. Marcelino has never lost to Celta Vigo as a La Liga manager (W2 D1). Toni averages more crosses per game than any other player in La Liga this term (10.1). Granada v Betis Granada have only won five of their 21 previous top-flight meetings with Real Betis (D7 L9). In Los Carmenes, Granada have lost two successive league meetings with Betis; they have never lost three in a row in the top-flight. Betis's second-biggest away win in top-flight history was a 5-1 hammering of Granada at Los Carmenes in April 2013 (they have won two away games 5-0). Since that victory, the Green-and-Whites have been without a win in five consecutive Andalusian derbies (D2 L3). Granada have lost their last three league games; they have not lost four in a row since their most recent return to the top-flight. The side from Sevilla are without a win in 15 top-flight away games (D3 L12); they have not gone on a worse run in the Primera since 1976 (19). Of the 20 teams to have taken 14 or fewer points from 23 games of a La Liga season (always assuming three points for a win); only one has survived (Valladolid in 1995/96). El-Arabi, who has already equalled last season's goal haul of eight, has scored more than half of Granada's home league goals this season (seven of 13). Calderon's side are, together with Osasuna, one of only two sides yet to claim a single point having conceded the first goal of the game. Betis and Granada are the two sides to have scored the joint-lowest number of goals from inside the area this season (16). Getafe v Real Madrid Getafe have won five previous La Liga derbies against Real Madrid; more than any other capital-based side since the Blues were promoted. Real Madrid have, however, have won three of their last four trips to the Coliseum, though they did lose 2-1 there last term. The Blues could lose three successive top-flight home derbies for the first time in their history in this game. If Real Madrid win this game, they will have picked up 60 points from 24 games; the exact same record they had after 24 games in Jose Mourinho's first season at the helm (2010/11). Getafe are the only La Liga side without a victory in 2014 (D2 L4). Real Madrid are one of only two sides (with Rayo Vallecano) not to have lost a single point thanks to a goal conceded in the second-half this season. The Whites will be without the suspended Cristiano Ronaldo in this game; he has scored more goals against Getafe than any other player in their top-flight history (13). Angel Lafita has scored more goals against Real Madrid than any other side in La Liga (four), though all four have come at the Santiago Bernabeu. Sergio Ramos, who scored the goal in Real Madrid's last victory at the Coliseum, has had more headed shots without scoring than any other player this season (15). Jese Rodriguez has been directly involved in eight goals (four goals, four assists) in just 392 minutes of La Liga football this term; one every 49 minutes. Real Madrid have scored a league-high 17 goals in the final 15 minutes of games this term; Getafe have only scored 22 in total. Gareth Bale has recorded an assist every 126 minutes on average in La Liga; a better return than Mesut Ozil managed in any of his three full seasons with the Whites. Athletic v Espanyol Athletic have won more games (67) and scored more goals (272) against Espanyol than against any other side in their top-flight history. The Basque side are without a win in six league meetings with Espanyol (D2 L4). Ernesto Valverde's side are unbeaten in five league games (W3 D2); they have not gone six or more without defeat since 2011 (eight). The Catalans are winless in four away league games (D2 L2), only scoring in one of these games (2-2 at Valencia). Athletic have scored a league-high nine headed goals on home soil this season, with six different players finding the net this way. Ernesto Valverde has only won one of his seven meetings with Espanyol as a La Liga manager (D3 L3), though this was in his first spell with Athletic. The Red-and-Whites have conceded just three goals in the final 15 minutes this term; a league-low. Aduriz has already equalled his record number of assists in a single La Liga campaign this term (seven, also achieved in 2008/09 with Mallorca). Sergio Garcia has participated in seven of los Periquitos' 11 away league goals this term (five goals, two assists). Only Athletic (19) have taken more points with goals scored in the second-half than Espanyol (13) this season. Sevilla v Valencia Sevilla have won six of their last eight league meetings with Valencia (L2), though they did lose the reverse fixture this season. Sevilla have not lost on home soil to los Che since May 2004, when Valencia finished the season top of La Liga (D2 W7, including winning the last four in a row). Valencia have failed to score in six of their last eight league trips to the Sanchez Pizjuan. Unai Emery's side have lost three consecutive league games and are winless in five (D2); they have not endured a worse run since February 2012 (eight), when Marcelino was sacked. Sevilla have scored in 11 successive league games; they have not scored in 12 or more in a row since 2008 (14). Valencia are unbeaten in four league games. If they avoid defeat here, they will register their best run of the campaign. Only Real Madrid (16) and Villarreal (12) have won more points in 2014 than Valencia (11). Sevilla have claimed just two points from their last five league games; the joint-worst return in this period alongside Getafe. Paco Alcacer has participated in four of Valencia's last six league goals (three goals, one assist). Four of Valencia's last nine league goals have been headers; only Real Sociedad (12) have scored more headed goals than los Che (11) in La Liga this season. Rakitic has participated directly in four of Sevilla's last eight league goals (three goals, one assist). Malaga v Real Sociedad Malaga have only won one of their last eight league meetings with Real Sociedad (D2 L5). The Basque side are unbeaten in three visits to La Rosaleda, however (W2 D1). Their last defeat there came back in November 2005. If only games in 2014 counted, Malaga would be in the relegation zone alongside Real Betis and Getafe (four points). Real Sociedad are winless in three away league games (D1 L2), conceding an average of 3.6 goals per game in this run. Sociedad have failed to score in their last two league games; if they draw another blank in this game, it will be their worst run of this kind this season. Jagoba Arrasate's side have scored just 41% of their goals in the second-half of games this season; a league-low. Malaga have scored 56.5% of their goals (13 of 23) in the final half an hour of games and have taken nine points with goals in this period; the second-most in La Liga. Carlos Vela has already logged eight assists in La Liga this season; just one short of his total of nine last term. Portillo has committed more fouls without being booked than any other player in the Spanish top-flight this season (21).

Re: La Liga > February 14th - 17th Villareal v Celta Vigo Line too favorable to Villarreal. In my opinion bookies they are not taking into account many factors. Lack of Aquino force delay Giovani position in the absence of Uche. Marcelino Pereira and put up Perbet. Asenjo also missing, giving space to Juan Carlos. For Celta major loss will be striker Charles, to be replaced by Bermejo. Celta usually give a lot of trouble against teams that love to keep the ball well, and it showed in Bilbao or Real Sociedad getting 2 goals in every game and scoring not by luck. Here I think that if Villarreal have full strength chances will be much higher to grabb the -1 but this way and delaying normal position for several players like Gio think it's a good line to bet the +1 on Celta. Celta (+1) AH at 1.84 Pinnacle

Re: La Liga > February 14th - 17th Granada v Betis A final of 6 points , that's what it means for Betis this match. Calderon has retested a game plan with 5 defenders and seems to be an end to the nonsense receiving goals. In Valencia I think trust of Betis flew a bit after they did against Espanyol win after a very long time, with Granada can not afford to receive. In defense Jordi , N'diaye and Amaya and lsides Juanfran - Juan Carlos. In the middle trivotazo formed by Lolo, Nono and Verdú. Attack formed by Ruben Castro and Molina. Granada will miss best player in midfield, Iturra, but for the rest of compo will be full. Alcaraz starts to be questioned by the bad results achieved in recent games. The game will be quite complicated. When you are in the state of Betis can no longer afraid of anything and now I think that if have fear of losing is Granada. Historically it is a field that its usually suits Betis well and often take the points. Let's ship this line but we could well stake away win, still the fact Betis being defensive kicks me back a bit. Betis (+0.25) AH here , priced 2.03 SBOBET

Re: La Liga > February 14th - 17th Getafe have 3 of their back 4 out. 1 injured (the CB) and both wing backs suspended for yellow cards last week. The other CB is "a doubt" so could potentially be missing entire back 4. Real really pick up the slack when CR7 is out so this defensive crisis vs Real spells a disaster waiting to happen for a team in poor form like Getafe. Asian handicap markets should be looked into here. Specifics of absentees can be found here. http://www.goal.com/en/match/116425/getafe-vs-real-madrid-cf/report

Re: La Liga > February 14th - 17th Great game to watch tonight in Malaga when they host Real Sociedad. Both teams really need a win to get back on track cause their recent results weren't that great. Especially Malaga is struggeling for goals while they constantly concede too many. Again for this match they are without 3 really important defenders in the likes of : Eliseu, Sergio Sanchez and Jesus Gamez. Heavily weakened at the back again and it doesn't look good at the moment. They do welcome back some important players like Duda, Tissone, Weligton and Roque Santa Cruz to their squad. Good for them otherwise they would have to play a lot of youngsters. In the last 4 games Malage conceded 12 goals while they only scored 4 times. But at home they are often good for atleast one goal and since Sociedad is playing pretty offensively there will be chances tonight. This is their squad for tonight : Kameni, Weligton, Flávio, Antunes, Camacho, El Hamdaoui, Portillo, Santa Cruz, Iakovenko, P. Pérez, Tissone, Willy, Angeleri, Rescaldani, Duda, Amrabat, Samuel, Juanmi y Sergi Darder. In recent meetings between these two teams both teams almost always scored a goal or more so that's good for my bets. Real Sociedad had some tough fixtures lately due their CDR clashes with Barcelona and Atletico madrid away. So their last 4 games are not that important for this one, only shame for them was the 0-0 draw at home against Levante but those matches happen once in a while. Normally Real sociedad can rely on their firepower upfront and they are not that bad on their travels. 3-4-5 overall record with 15 goals scored and conceded 27 times!! That's too much for a team like Sociedad but It's good for us if you fancy goals tonight. They will miss 2 regulars Carlos Martinez and Agirretxe for this game but they welcome back important players Bergara and Inigo Martinez. This is their squad that travelled to Malaga. -

Porteros

: Bravo, Zubikarai. -

Defensas

: Zaldua, Ansotegi, Mikel, Iñigo, José Ángel. -

Medios

: Markel Bergara, Elustondo, Prieto, Pardo, Zurutuza, Canales. - Atacantes: Seferovic, Ifrán, Vela, Chory

Castro

, Griezmann. Still enough firepower in their squad with Vela and Griezmann and Seferovic as a striker. Their midfield is intact and only 1 missing in defense but they have proper replacements. At first glance I fancied Sociedad to get a win here due the missings Malaga has in their defense and I rate Sociedad as the better team this season but they leaked too many goals lately. I really think both teams will score tonight and this will be my main bet. From the last 15 games Sociedad only lost 3 times against top guns Barcelona, Atletico madrid and away at Villareal. 2 of those 3 games were in the cup. In la liga Sociedad is a dangerous side and their aim is European football again. They have beaten most of the other teams in this league except for Vallecano away and it will not surprise me if they will win again tonight. I have 3 bets for this game! Over 2.5 goals around 1.90 with medium stakes! Both teams to score with medium stakes around 1.70! Real sociedad to win with small stakes around 2.70! Goodluck all.
