Cape Cobras v Titans at Cape Town, Jan 22, 2014 Although its a home ground of Cape Cobra and they are the favorites for this match with their batsmen in super form and their bowling attack also looking strong with Narine inclusion in previouse match but Titan bowling attack looks very strong after the inclusion of Saeed Ajmal for today match. Morne Morkel and Saeed Ajmal can easily trouble Cape Cobra batsmen with pace bounce and spin. Levi the in form opener of Cape Cobra have some serious issues against Spin and there are 2/3 spinners in Titan bowling attack. Titan batting is not very strong like Cape Cobras but they have pinch hitter like Albie Morkel and David Wiese in lower order to chase/post big totals. I think it's fair to take a risk on Titans.

Re: Ram Slam T20 Challenge Lions v Titans at the Wanderers It rained all night in Jo'burg and most of the morning as well. Wanderers is a very good draining field so the match should go on, no problem. Dicey match to bet on, as toss will probably be critical. Couple of things. The Lions are in disarray. There is weird political infighting going on, and disharmony in the team. Alvaro Petersen I think stepped down, and there is plenty of S__t flying. Petersen got run-out in a previous game, when the other batsman held his ground and gave him the index finger ! The Lions (Petersen) blew a simple chance to win a game earlier in the series, coming up 10 runs short with 5 or 6 wickets standing. That was a f____ing joke, and is basically unacceptable !!!! It is interesting though, because all these guys are really playing for IPL places and lucrative contracts. Last year Chris Morris put his name into the IPL auction as an afterthought and picked up a $625 000 3 year contract. Serious money for a 25 year old newbee .... The second hottest batsman in the comp, I think is Quinten de Kock. Youngster, seriously talented (made 3 century's against India back-to-back-to-back), who will be SA's next one day and 20-20 wicket keeper. Has 2nd highest total runs in the comp, just behind Hashim Amla. It may rain later, and if it the game is shortened , the 1st six over totals bet really favors the team batting second. Normally they have to get fewer runs, so they can go a little harder upfront. If the game is shortened to 12 overs, the 2nd batting team is a massive fav, and they will fire upfront. I am awaiting the coin-toss, and if the Lions bat second will definitely put 4 units down on them to have more runs in the 1st 6 overs.
