Shipsupstreets
Re: England > Midweek > Northern & Southern Prem Sept 2-4 AFC Fylde at home to Droylsden (AFC Fylde HT-FT, 21/20 Marathon) It's early days and there has been a certain scratchiness in Fylde's two home shows so far (a 2-1 win over Stafford and a 1-0 defeat to Chorley) but they really look far too powerful for a Droylsden side that has been all over the shop so far, with 13 conceded in five and only a single point on the board. With four new bodies coming last week, they are playing like a side that needs a bit of time to get to know each other. Fylde are the antepost pick of just about everyone who takes an interest in non-league gambling, and they overpowered a decent Worksop side on Saturday. The match price about Fylde is short and unattractive, but there's something in the HT/FT, I think.
scouse joe
Re: England > Midweek > Northern & Southern Prem Sept 2-4 Completely agree ships, although I tipped Fylde at home to chorley and they lost 1-0 disappointingly at home but for me the game at home to Droylsden could be as big as Saturdays 6-1 hammering of a normally competitive Worksop. Worth noting this game is live in play tomorrow and if Fylde get a early goal I can only see a drubbing on the cards for Droylsden so could be worth backing over on the goals depending on how the game pans out. Shipsupstreets
Re: England > Midweek > Northern & Southern Prem Sept 2-4 Sad news about Kettering Town, wound up today. I didn't see that one coming, but after so many near-misses over recent years I guess they'd used up plenty of good will. They are now in the hands of the receiver and it'll be up to those guys to see what can be done.
grale
Re: England > Midweek > Northern & Southern Prem Sept 2-4 Sad news about Kettering Town' date=' wound up today. Imran Ladak was/is a bit of a wild card but sad all the same
bartonbank
The real irony of the Kettering situation is the £58k was owed to the defunct Rushden and Diamonds! Sent from my HTC One X using PL Forum
bromsgrovegreen
Re: England > Midweek > Northern & Southern Prem Sept 2-4 been on hols so a bit behind the non league scene at the moment, agree with fylde though especially inrunning betting! Weymouth seem to be doing well as are bideford which is a surprise tbh as its one of the football outposts deep in north devon, will look on the Weymouth site for info as I think they could be worth backing tonight at a decent price also had a short priced treble of Chesham, hemel and stourbridge

Chesham have tightened up at the back over the past couple of weeks and they've been playing some good stuff; Bash are struggling a bit and will be missing Brad Morris tonight though with Tim Sills and Dave Allen up front they have a decent forward pairing. Hemel should be too strong for a Bedford side who got a fortunate win over Stourbridge and haven't really played well all season. I'd also fancy Stourbridge to bounce back - it's not clear how Chippenham will do without Nathan Rudge and they've lost a few bodies this week, including Adie Harris.
