Re: Bundesliga > Sat 18th May Augsburg - Greuther Furth HW it's a must win for Augsburg.after to lose against Fc Bayern(normal) they have to take 3 points against relegated Greuther Furth .3 vital points to take play-off to avoid relegation Fortuna D. will travel to Hannover and i'm not sure they will take 3 points away! so Augsburg has not chance.only 3 points here!

Last game of the season and I'm sure we can expect a hatful of goals as per usual. Dortmund could just be the bet of the decade here at around the $1.44 mark with betfair . I don't really care that Hoffenheim have something to play for because they did last week and they got slaughtered at home by a much inferior side then Dortmund. Dortmund are still smarting from their average display against Wolfsburg and make no mistake about it they will be looking to get Lewandowski the hatrick he probably needs to win the bundesliga scoring title off kiessling from Leverkusen. Dortmund win @ $1.44 Betfair Maximum 10 points. Also I would be looking at Dortmund -1 and -2 and also yes to a hatrick being scored.

Re: Bundesliga > Sat 18th May Why would they gives a sh*t about this game!? Makes no odds to their league position and they have the small matter of a Champions League final next week, they played most of the first team last week like Bayern, expect both sides to make masses of changes tomorrow in what are both meaningless games to both of them.

Re: Bundesliga > Sat 18th May Website of dortmund confirms they will play with best 11. You can always loose a player due injury but rhythm is far more important. If they would rest best players for 10 days there is no gaurantee they will deliver a great display against bayern so klopp wont take any risks and hope they will play a great game against hoffenheim. This will boost their confidence even more ahead of the final. Im also on dortmund win and -1.5 asian lines around 2.00! Goodluck

Re: Bundesliga > Sat 18th May Freiburg vs Schalke 04 Freiburg to win @ 15/8 This game decides who is going to get the 4rd place and play in CL next year, unless it ends as a draw and Eintracht Frankfurt wins against in form Wolfsburg with 4 goals margin. First I am taking off the draw off the table because from their last 27 encounters only 5 have ended as a draw. If Schalke plays for a draw which is enough to secure them a CL spot they are going to have troubles, so I expect them to look for the victory. Huge game and I believe it will be decided by small mistakes. So what is the team that makes more mistakes: Freiburg has the second best defense in Bundesliga after Bayern Munich, while Schalke has the 9th defense in the league(12th in the away table). Freiburg has had the stunning 56% clean sheets in their home games, but they are facing one of the best attacking sides in Bundesliga with the top scorer from last season Huntelaar. Since the start of 2013 Freiburg has 25 points, while Schalke 26, but Schalke lost their last (home) game against Stuttgart, one of the most inconsistent sides. looking at the squads: Freiburg: Daniel Callguri is suspended -midfielder with 29 games, 5 goals and 2 assists. He leaves to Wolfsburg in the Summer for 2.5 million euros and lately hasn't been in top form, Pavel Krmas is injured - defender with the most experience and goals(2) in the team, 17 games. Also missing Marco Terazzion - a striker from the bench with one goal and 1 assist in 6 appearances. A potential problem in Freiburg is that the strikers in the team since Papis Demba Cisse left have been really poor. This season the 5 main strikers have only 3 goals :X Johanathan Schmid on the right wing is just a pleasure to watch though and can surprise Schalke. Christian Streich the manager of Freiburg has been in the club since 1995 managing the youth teams and being assistant manager. The Bundesliga has the youngest average age in all major European leagues(25 years) and Freiburg's team tomorrow will have an average age around 23.7 years. The club's idea of placing Streich as a manager of Freiburg has paid off and he has shown that he knows how to motivate and organize his young squad. His immediate success at the club has made him a cult figure like Jurgen Klopp and Tomas Tuchel in Mainz- the new generation of German coaches. Under his direction many young players made the leap to the first squad and expect them to give everything tomorrow to play in Champions League next season hoping for a similar dream performance like Dortmund or Munich. Schalke: missing the defenders Christoph Metzelder(he quits football this Summer) and the young Greek star Kyriakos Papadopoulous. Ibrahim Affelay is also injured since 2012, but a new injury is Tranquilo Barnetta - the Swiss left winger has 20 games and 1 assist this season. Since Huub Stevens left in December, Jens Keller is the coach of Schalke. He has had mixed results winning 8, losing 7 and drawing 4 games in Bundesliga. His previous venture as a coach in Bundesliga was in 2010 for 2 months ahead of Stuttgart. He has also been coaching youth squads, and last week his contract was extended for 3 years. Bastos is his only option for the left wing(no subs on the bench) and Keller will try to motivate Huntelaar that was performing so good with his fellow Dutchman coach Huub Stevens. If Schalke don't qualify to CL Huntelaar is definetly leaving Gelsenkirchen. The young 19 year old genius Draxler is under pressure to produce something exceptional linking Huntelaar with the midfield. I think the odds of 15/8 for Freiburg are a fair price to try and back this young squad with really good defense to qualify for Champions League. The first game in Gelsenkirchen ended 3:1 for Freiburg ;) For those that don't like backing Freiburg maybe a bet under 3.5 goals at 8/15 is an interesting safe option.

Re: Bundesliga > Sat 18th May oops my bad. I think the game analysis is generally ok.. The most interesting one in the last round and direct game between competitors. Definetly worth watching it. + one more pick from me: Stuttgart - Mainz Stuttgart to win @ 1/1 Stuttgart will play on the DFB Pokal final against Bayern Munich on first of June and I guess it is fair to say that the logic here is roughly the same like the Bayern and Dortmund games: they will play to win and be in rhythm for the final. Lately they have picked up form winning 3, drawing 1 and losing 2 games since Aprl. All of those wins were against top half teams + last game was 2:1 against Schalke.(the losses were against bottom half teams like Augsburg and Furt though). Mainz on the other hand have a single win in 14 games since February, with 8 draws.. Before that they were 5th and now they are 12th. In their last 6 games though they lost 4 and drew 2. The big blow here are the misses for Mainz: top scorer Adam Szalai(29 games, 13 goals, 3 assists), their class striker Ivan Klasnisc is out of the pitches for a long time, defenders with one assist each Bo Svenson with 25 game and Jan Kirchoff with 18 games, + midfielder Elkin Sotot with 27 games(1 goal, 2 assists). For Stuttgart the only real miss is the 20 year old star Antonio Rudiger(defender-16 games), who is suspended, and maybe the long injury of Cacau who hasn't played since 2012. In previous encounters at home Stuttgart has won 5 out of 6 games, and I expect them to win this game despite their worst home form in 7 years.

Re: Bundesliga > Sat 18th May If anyone watched Freiburg - Schalke really good game imo, Freiburg went down after as the commentator said ''a Cristiano Ronaldo type of shot outside of the box'' by Draxler. Freiburg equalized just 8 minutes after the start of the second half and just as the tides were turning that mistake that is going to change the game I spoke about happened. Jones shot and just as the ball was going out Hohn cleared in into Schuster's chin and it bounced in :D What a goal to decide the last Champions League spot in Bundesliga after that there was no turning back for Freiburg. The game ended under 3.5 as expected. Btw I guess Mainz are a team just for draws :D
