Re: Bundesliga 2 > 26th - 29th April SC Sandhausen (4.07 at Pinnacle) to beat VfL Bochum Sandhausen go into the match without the services of gk Ischdonat and Loning and this is what influenced the odds for this match. The price for Bochum win keeps dropping big time. However, one way or another, it's quite ridiculous IMO and nowhere near being a dead cert. Firstly, Bochum are just an average 2.Bundesliga side nowadays and it's really hard to trust them here. In fact, just a couple of months ago, Sandhausen would be rated as a favs in this fixture without a doubt. The circumstances are a little bit different ahead of this match as Sandhausen seem to be in a very hopeless situation :: 8pts away from Play-Out spot. With only 4 rounds to go, it's surely extremely hard, but one just can't ignore the fact they're still not completely out of it. Dynamo Dresden face an extremely hard away fixture this weekend, at Frankfurt, so today's win would surely give Sandhausen some hope and I can see them offering some inspired display at least. Quality-wise, Sandhausen ain't as bad as looks like at all. Langer is a very solid goalkeeper at this level, so the absence of Ischdonat won't make a big difference I believe. Also, this Sandhausen side is packed with some very proven, experienced players and even top 2.Bundesliga players, especially at the back - Achenbach, Olajengbesi, Falkenberg, Morena,...,so at worst they'll always be well capable of keeping the match very tight, just like they did against top side Hertha in the last round. Once a big German talent Nicky Adler (troubled by injuries) has backed to the team and talent-wise he's a class above injured Loning without a doubt. Bochum are still a slightly better side in overall and of course closer to pick up all three points at the end of the day, but makng a shot with them here, especially at this funny price is nothing else but a pure gamble IMO. On the other hand, Sandhausen ain't to be trusted that much either, but they've got what it takes to make it extremely hard for Bochum in today's match, and this price for HW surely offers plenty of value.

Re: Bundesliga 2 > 26th - 29th April Home coach Hans-Jürgen Boysen has four losses and a draw in games against Bochum, which is not encouraging fact. Of course, you already pointed out that Sandhausen will be without starting goalkeeper and topscorer (and captain) again. On the other hand, the guests are in very good mood after two straight wins to nil. This is thanks to new coach Peter Neururer who came before these games. Otherwise, Bochum was seven games winless before that, so I guess their confidence can contribute to a favorable result for them. Peter Neururer has already managed Bochum for several seasons in the Bundesliga at the beginning of the new millennium and for his return I'm not sure Sandhausen has a good chance tonight.

Re: Bundesliga 2 > 26th - 29th April Kaiserslautern to beat Energie Cottbus @1.9 Not much to say about this match. Kaislerslautern are 1 point ahead from Koln and if they win this match they are playing in the playoff at 99%. Energie not paying for anything and they have lost their last 2 matches from teams, that are not good as Kaislerslautern.

The same was true when they faced inferior teams away like Aue and Sandhausen (drew both). Lautern's away record is 5-7-3, home 8-6-1...they are draw machines. Cottbus 7-5-3 at home, 10-10-10 in total. Nothing to play for, but they won't roll over. The value play for me is draw @ 3.61.

Re: Bundesliga 2 > 26th - 29th April Koln drew their game yesterday and that could prove vital in chances to get to Bundesliga 1 playoffs. Kaiserslautern is fit and will have their mind set to the purpose which is to increase their points lead before the final matches of Bundesliga 2. Cottbus has couple of important missings, Adlung and Borner will miss this game and it will be hard for them to do anything special in this game. Kaiserslautern should win this easy, given the motivation and squad status. Kaiserslautern to win, WHill gives 1.95.
