Dynaste is many peoples idea of the third day banker and I wouldn’t argue against that, he has done everything asked of him by trainer David Pipe and the decision to run here instead of the RSA looks a good one from where I’m standing. He jumps superbly and has been round here before, the ground will be ideal and all looks set for the likeable grey. Captain Conan’s connections probably wish they had ran in the Arkle after seeing that race and only runs here really because the trainer had Simonsig on duty, he wasn’t that impressive last time over this trip and will find the favourite a hard nut to crack. Module is an alternative although this may come a year too soon for him with his inexperience. Selections: 3pts Dynaste 13/8
