Re: UEFA Europa League > Wednesday 30th November

Rubin Kazan -1.75 @ 1.475 (Bet365) Rubin look like a really strong home favourite to back here. Not only is there is an obvious class difference, Shamrock haven't played for over a month, with the Irish league finishing long ago. Rubin need the points as a win here means they only need a draw in Greece to qualify. If they draw this one then they need to win away to PAOK which won't be easy. They should take it seriously and play a strong side, especially since they are not doing that great domestically and it looks unlikely they will qualify for Europe for the 12/13 season. It looks like it will be cold in Russia, current temperature in Kazan is -5C but forecasts say it will be -14C on Wednesday night. Although Kazan have some foreign players who might struggle in these temperatures, they do have quite a few Russians who will be used to it and even the foreigners will at least have the experience of having played in these conditions before during their time at Kazan. For Shamrock players this will be a new experience, as will the long journey time to get to the game; the only way there is to go to Moscow and then change to get on another flight to Kazan. Even if they fly business/first class (which I'm not sure they will, with their playing budget) it's not ideal preparation for a game, especially for a side who is not used to it. From Dublin to Kazan is probably about as far as you can travel in European football this season; they may even have to fly to London first to get to Moscow. Also, I'm not sure how many days in advance they will go to Russia, especially as they are out of the competition. It could be they don't get much of a chance to train in those conditions or recover from jet lag before the game. Am going in heavy for this one. :hope
4-1, bet won. Strange, frustrating night for Spurs. Strangely we played better with a weaker team in the other games. The youngsters were at least hungry for it whereas some of the experienced squad players like Pienaar and Corluka let us down tonight.

Re: UEFA Europa League > Wednesday 30th November

Excellent Football Portal' date= Excellent Tipsters around here (I am one of them) What more can I say? The Punter's Lounge - without doubt, it is the best tipping site you will ever find on the net! Rapid Bucharest (Romania) - Hapoel Tel Aviv (Israel) Main pick: Total Goals: Over 2.5 / odds: 1.95 / Stake: 10/10 @ Bet365 The 5th round/6 from the group stages of Europa League. Tonight's game is without importance this is because both Rapid with 3 points and Hapoel (1 point) lost any chances of continuing theyr adventure in this competition, no chance of qualifying in a group that also includes PSV (10 points) , Legia (9 points). Still, there is a stake: the prestige of the country.. and would add other ones too, like money given for a win and Uefa coefficient for the country. These teams played each other in Israel - it was the opening. Then, on October 15 Rapid won by 1-0, a game with a lots of tension: with 7 yellow cards and two red cards (one each side). It is clear, home team will send players on the field that have played fewer minutes this season. There will be many young guys of 21 years, which will have a huge opportunity to show up" said Rapid coach, Razvan Lucescu, and one of the other reason is because this team has many unavailable players: Herea, Teixeira, Glauber, Rui Duarte, all injured, and defensive midfielder Alexa is suspended. Remind you Rapid coach stated the European Uefa coefficient rating for the clubs is important, so even Rapid lost any chances to qualify, will fight to increase Romania's coeficient. At this moment, Israel rating is 20.750 (18th place) while Romania occupies 21th place with 18.324 points. Hapoel coach stated his players try to avenge defeat at home when the two meet in the first game. Hapoel current run: 18 goals scored in the last 6 games (all competions)! They are top in the Israel League and their last defeat dates on October 23, 0-2 in Ashdod. Then followed by six matches, that meant 4 wins and 2 draws, of which 4 have matches on the road. In the last game played away in Europa League on this group: Hapoel lead 3-1 in Eindhoven, but PSV snatched a draw 3-3. This a team buid for the away games. In the group C , Hapoel hasnt managed to score a single goal at home in two games, while on the road scored 5 times: 3 vs PSV and 2 vs Legia. In my oppinion the ball will pass very fast and I predict here a game with no midfield. The last Romanian - Israeli clash was Steaua Bucharest vs Macabi Haifa 4-2 (Europa League, Group J) on the 3rd of November. As for stats, I would offer a pick based on the yellow cards: * Over 4 Yellow Cards Asian @ 1.80 5/10 Panbet We take in consideration it will be more than 4 yellow cards, with exactly 4 returning our stake. Hapoel avg 4.25 yellow cards/match in theyr games played so far - with 17 yellow cards. Rapid a perfect 3 YC/Game - got 12 YC untill this encounter. First match ended up: 7 yellow and 2 red cards. So, there is every reason to believe at least 4 yellows wil be shown by the Hungary referee Zolt Szabo, strict judge (avg. 4.52 YC/Game).
HT 1-3 , FT 1-3 Yellow Cards: 0-4
