Some would think it's a waste but again this looks as a logical pick (like the earlier ones when they lost... ). Still imo cards should be better now as Koper has finally shown progress and two wins as well though again they failed to capitalise vs Mura (0:0) and lost in Ljubljana 1:3 but there they were the better side in 2h winning it 1:0. They stated they don't feel well when their fans start to moan from the beginning but that's a fact when teams are bad at home which (at least results wise) was a fact. Now they have a good chance to bounce back again as Celje is mid to low table material and also as they can't be choosy any more. Celje managed a nice win vs depleted Domzale for the weekend and feel somewhat releaved in the mid tables, but in reality they're only a win infront of their hosts today who are at the bottom. Celje are usually collecting points when the opponent let's them and for today as straight forward is expected from Koper, I don't see much chance of an upset, just that Osterc and co don't fail to materialize. But i agree with your post that this injury crisis is disaster for Domzale, infact this many missings would blow any teams chances severely. Nafta have two points more at the moment, but it is clear both teams will have a hard time to survive. On this match I think Koper is closer to the victory. First of all, they are playing at home and it is an important advantage. Koper home form isn't something special, but it is worth to be mentioned that koper won against Domzale in the last match at home with 2:1. The goals were scored by Milan Osterc and Adnan Aganovic. However, something else is the main reason for my pick. It is Nafta last match. In the previous round Nafta lost 0:2 from Celje and it is a negative moment. But on that match three players were sent off: Adrian Kocsis, Stjepan Caban and David Å eruga. They are all injured and coach Stjepan Preradovič will be in deep problems. Maybe the Kocsis abcence is not a crucial, but Caban (played 11 games and scored 1 goal) and Å eruga (played 14 games and also scored 1 goal) absences surely are. The first one is key defender, while the second is key midfielder. At the end I will mention that Koper won the last mutual match at home. They lost to Gorica, drew against Nafta at home and Velenje away and then barely won 1-0 against poor Triglav. I think Maribor will have no problem squashing them and I even suggest you take a more brave bet, Maribor -1 ah. They scored 9 goals in their last 3 games and tgey play this one at home. I am eyeing Koper HW @1,75 and Koper -1 @2,65 Looking at the squads - Koper has better and more experienced players. Especially the croatian players are pretty good for this league. Looking at the need of points - Koper has a bigger need since they are chasing EL spot. Looking at the current form - Koper in much better form, 5 wins and 3 draws in their last 8 games. For Domžale a lot players won´t play.I have read that trainer had tested some young players but don´t know if they will play. Wish you best of luck! Are they going to rest some players since they are champions now?
