This team is still 2 points below playoff zone, however I think that salvation reached, Pescara will not aim for anything more. Pescara was promoted from Serie C this season, has to play playoff games during the summer (without vacation's break thus), and now this factor is heavy on the players legs. Pescara has scored only 8 goals during the last 10 games, and in the last game away to Ascoli (1-0), the team was way too retreated and not willing to fight. This is one of the last chances for Frosinone to gather points and reach salvation. The next game will be in home, with Ascoli, a direct rival. In the last game, at home to Padova, coach Campilongo had to do without three important players due to injuries, however his team was leading up to '90, when Rabito scored for Padova. Frosinone has scored 12 goals in the last 10 games, and has scored al least once in the last 8 games away. Winning today Crotone will push itself in the 7th position, 1 point below playoff zone. this team has increased its game, scoring 10 games in the last 5 games, and I think Crotone will push today in front of home fans. For Atalanta this season is just over, direct promotion in Serie A is achieved (two easy home games to Portogruaro and Cittadella later on will close this chapter). In the last game, away to Livorno, Crotone won (1-2) thanks to a clever move by coach Menichini, Caetano was lined up in midfield, and the guy was the motor of the team. Atalanta lost (1-2) the last game at home, to Empoli. Captain Doni started from the bench due to fatigue, two of the most important midfielders, Raimondi and Carmona were substituted in the second half due to fatigue. Also an interesting fact is that Empoli closed the game in 9 players, and yet Atalanta was unable to turn the score. I'm siding up with Crotone in this one, and also will try the corners.
