As for Lille, they are losing ground in the title race, taking only one point in their last two games. They must focus on the league, and they have already shown that they don't mind stinting in other competition so as to do so (Europa League). For Nice, however, this is their only chance of silverware. The 0-0 FT looks likely, and if someone wins it should be by a narrow margin. Relatively small stakes.
