  1. I am going with Las Palmas win today. Las Palmas played on Thursday, which means that they had 2 days less to prepare on Betis, and that's probably the reason why odds are here where they are, but I am counting on motivation fact here. Las Palmas is playing totally differently on their stadium in front of their supporters, they have all important players available, Lemos seems to be in superb form while offensive trio Tana-Boateng-Jese started on the bench in Eibar. Las Palmas will hold the ball, they will be in possession for sure, and while Betis offensive part is highly relying on Ceballos and Castro, there is much more players, individually capable to make a difference in Las Palmas.  Whole analysis here!

  2. We should see a clear over in Lyon, maybe even surprise of Lorient? Bookmakers are not stupid, and odds are as los as 1,30 so there is no value. Sounds crazy, as it might be 5-0 as well, but odds higher than 10 are little bit too much. Anyway, skip for me.

My third and last analysis on L1 is Montpellier AH 0 against Caen. "Montpellier is one of the teams who is strong in aerial duels, and that's why I think that Caen will struggle as they are counting on those crosses too much. With Mounie, Montpellier has target man for crosses as well, but the player who will make a difference in this match will be Boudebouz. Even if match will be totally 50/50, Algerian is capable to score from set-piece chances, or to make one assist out from nothing." Whole analysis here!

  3. 8 hours ago, betcatalog said:

Bayern Munich has by far the best defense and the best attack with 67 goals assets. Hoine has 9 to 13 over 2,5. Dortmund has a total of 17 to 27 goal goal and 11 in 14 goal goal away home. Big match between two great teams, the visiting Dortmund burned to win, I expect today to Score Both teams scored goals
FC BAYERN MUNICH vs BORUSSIA DORTMUND @@ Both team to score, odds 1.61

The local Leipzig total has 18 to 27 over 2,5 and 9 to 13 over 2,5 in the field, on the other Leverkusen has 17 to 27 over 2,5 and 8 to 13 over 2,5 away. I expect an open game that can be scored
RB LEIPZIG vs BAYER 04 LEVERKUSEN @@ +2.50 Over, odds 1.70

I would say that you missed the topic this time.. :)

  4. And my second one is going against Bastia. 2Dijon might have problems with Maximine, but not as big as Bastia will have with both Tavares and Diony. Bastia is pretty weak when it comes to defending crosses, and if Marquinhos and Thiago Silva were unable to cover Tavares, than Bastia won't succeed neither. Dijon knows how to play well-organised on matches like this and I believe that they will win and open the exit doors of Ligue 1 for Bastia." Whole analysis here!

  5. My first shot is known for a few days.. Monaco to win in Angers! "Lots of people are thinking in the way, Angers have won against Bordeaux in cup, that will motivate them, etc. I am not in this group of people. My way of thinking is, that Angers, who is not used to play 3 matches in a week, will have one day less for rest and to prepare on next match (Monaco played against Lille one day earlier). And besides that, Jardim rested half of squad, so they are coming in the match much more fresh. It's true that Champions League match is in front of them on Tuesday, but for example before both matches against Manchester City, they played with maybe one or two changes, nothing more. Change means that one of trio Mbappe, Falcao and Germain starts on the bench or that one of trio Fabinho, Moutinho or Bakayoko starts on the bench, or that one of trio Mendy, Sidibe, Toure starts on the bench. All of them are high quality players, and Angers can only dream about players like that. As Sidibe said on one of press conferences recently, this is the year when everyone feels that they can reach something special. First goal of this team is to win the league, and then everything else." Whole analysis here!

  6. Hahaha, I am coming just to say cheers and to throw a bone. :D Besides.. great stuff @andrewcalo:drums

Otherwise this league is still tough to watch for me. Seeing league leaders playing football with 9 players in the box, trying with 3-4 counters in 90 minutes, wingers are playing as wing backs, is making me cry. That's not for me, and I sincerely hope that football won't move into this direction, because I will start watching volleyball in this case. :)  Well, I don't like that, but some of you guys do, and it looks that it works in PL. But as long as it works, I won't try to be smart with some analysis, because it's more clear than anywhere, that you don't need the ball to win the match (and the league). Are stats of Chelsea and last year Leicester much different?

For me, league is still overrated. Squad of Man. City is disaster, key arrivals are injured, while 90% of players are above 30 years. I don't know what is Guardiola thinking, but it's obviously in football (for me) that you cannot change 80% of first eleven in one season, and City needs exactly that. Except 4-5 players, all others are "rubbish". There is too many second choice players. On the other hand United is relying on 36-year old player, and it looks that Mou wants him to extend contract for one year, which is another "stupid" move for me. My favourite team here is Tottenham. I hope that they will win the league. They should have done it already in last season...

Well.. I guess, that I don't understand this league, and that's all. :D Peace out! :cheers

  7. Anyone knows how it is with suspensions in France? If I understand correctly (my french is still not perfect), then player is suspended for 1 match if he receives 3 yellow cards in period of 10 matches. Am I right or not? I am asking because of Abeid situation.. Important midfielder of Dijon, and without him my stake on them will be lower for at least 2 units. I was thinking to go pretty strong into this match, but without alfa&omega in midfield... 3-4 units tops.

  8. Match of Angers at home is like throwing a dice. They could look totally uninterested, but then voila.. one cross or free kick or simply one screamer from 30m. They are unpredictable as hell. All in all I agree with your point, but as unpredictable as they are.. I don't know. Honestly, I expected much much more from them today... I don't know, maybe we are simply that good. :D

  9. Strange that Conceicao decided to start "without wingers", but Angers is killing the match with defensive approach. I hope that we'll see better second half.

P.s. I like bts on Nice-Bordeaux game as well, even though there is no btts option on hard market bookmakers, so I am thinking about Bordeaux team totals over 1.

  10. I am going with goals on derby between Nantes and Angers. I think that we will see open match. Temperature is ideal, almost windless, and pitch is well prepared, so conditions for the match are perfect. Moulin was talking highly about Nantes. Saying that they mastered 4-4-2, that they remind him on Monaco, with 2 strong, well organised midfielders Rongier and Gillet, and full backs and wings always making pressure on the opponent. Both teams had 15 days to prepare on the match, and I believe that they were more focused on that how to take advantage, not how to defend. Whole analysis here!

  11. Lorient team totals over 1,25! "Mvuemba said on press conference that they need to be patient and to play smart, but playing defensively against Caen is almost impossible, because no one will be in possession in that case. Caen is also better in aerial duels and if Lorient won't take advantage of possession, create more chances, than they will be the one who will suffer. With new 3 points, Lorient would have 28, same as 18th placed Nancy and with easier schedule than them. Don't get me wrong, I said that this factor of "must win" situations doesn't affect me too much and I am giving much more credits on quality of team and of what I believe that they are capable of. In my opinion, Lorient is less organised team, but the one which possess much more quality. With stadium full of their supporters, I believe that they will give everything to be "back in the game"." Whole analysis here!

  12. @StevieDay1983 who? Caen lost 0-6, Lorient 1-2, perhaps you're talking about Guingamp? :)

I took Guingamp -0,5 with 4 units! "I believe that Guingamp will try to put the ball on the ground, as Nancy is pretty strong in aerial duels, specially in matches where Diarra plays defensive midfielder role, but without Bennasser, I think that they will lack of creativity in midfield which could be key fact of the game. Nancy will try to wait for counters, but in my opinion, they will have lot of problems with defending their wing positions. That's the part, where they are most vulnerable, while Guingamp with Salibur (6 goals, 2 assists), Coco (4 goals, 2 assists),... likes to attack over the wings, to play widely and create 1on1 situations for mentioned players, while also both full backs Ikoko and especially Marçal are coming higher to help in attack. Then there is also Briand (9 goals, 4 assists) in the box and they are really difficult to cover." Whole analysis here!

  13. Ordinary, but if their crosses on Santini will be successful, then Lorient will need another match with 3 goals scored. I have Lorient on radar for a while, and I will continue with them anyway. I believe that they can surprise and avoid the relegation. I know that it is a tough call, but I believe that they can.
