black_baar reacted to Darran in National League > March 2016
Sorry so busy this week only just had time to look. Sutton, North Ferriby, Sklemersdale and Halesowen are the picks. Joint Naps Sutton and Halesowen.

Obviously the great value we had last week isn't there this week, but I think there is just enough in the price to get involved in Oxford City tonight. Same reasons remain and as I said last week I wouldn't make them any bigger than 7/4 and arguably they could be favs.
Done a short price double on East Thurrock and Weymouth who are both playing badly out of form teams and it pays 1.3/1 with Bet 365.

Some Suggestions, do I have to mention a stake? i am new to this
Viktor Troicki to Win @ 2.90 vs Jack sock
I think Sock will be tired and against Fed in the last match he tried to show boat and lost his way a little i think the outside bet is worth it here there is no reason why Troicki can win I think his motivation will be higher after a string of losses
Pierre-Hugues Herbert to win 1st set @ 2.25
Pierre Hughes Herbet has been injured recently so its questionable what shape he will be in, but I think a bet on him to take the first set is a good shout, he has the quality to do so and Agut will be in poor mood after two final losses in a row, that can be good for him coming into this and the early start should be from Pierre

Back Tommy Haas (+4.5) to beat Jo-Wilfried Tsonga for a 7/10 stake at 1.72 with Paddy Power
Back Fabio Fognini to beat Paul-Henri Mathieu for a 7/10 stake at 1.57 with Betway
Back Ivo Karlovic (-2.5) to beat Sergiy Stakhovsky for a 7/10 stake at 2.02 with Unibet
Can't win them all unfortunately and a bad day had to come at some point after so many good ones, 0/3 on Tuesday. Three for me tomorrow - Haas should be able to put up some solid resistance against Tsonga in the Vienna conditions, Fognini should be too strong for the out-of-form Mathieu (who lost to Arnaboldi last time out), and the ultra-consistent Karlovic should also be able to get the job done against Stakhovsky.

Got to go for an Aberdeen win today, on a roll, on a massive high, after beating the champions Celtic last week. I'm sure that just like last year, their bubble will burst and Celtic will romp the league again, but until that happens..... Aberdeen to beat Hearts 11/10 at Betfair Good Luck to all

Hibs win 1-0. Bet lost. Betting on football can be cruel sometimes. Hibs really should have been 2 or 3 up by half time after missing 2 absolute sitters, including possibly the worst miss I have ever seen, with Malonga hitting the post from 4 yards with nobody to beat. Shocking. -

I agree. Aberdeen are a better team than Hearts. Anything over evens should be taken. Bet of the day for me. -

Saturday previews: 4pts Uruguay vs Paraguay - Under 2 goals 1.97 BetVictor I don’t see this being a free scoring classic. Matches in this group have been very tight even when Jamaica have been involved and this is all set to be just as tight for me. Uruguay are struggling in front of goal but there are no struggles when it comes to defending, they’re doing fine there. Paraguay are competent defensively and nothing special going forward so under 2 goals looks tasty enough for me. Jamaica haven’t really looked like scoring in this tournament yet and they’re not going to get into many scoring positions in this match. I’m actually amazed you can get 7/10 on Argentina winning to nil but I’ll happily jump all over it. Friday previews: 4pts Mexico vs Ecuador - Over 2.5 goals Evs Bet365 I fancy goals in this match. Ecuador have nothing to lose and have shown they can’t defend even if they did have something to protect whereas Mexico will want to win and win well to have a chance of moving up the group. It isn’t beyond possibilities that they win the group yet so they will be after a goal or two along the way as well but on the balance of the way Ecuador matches have gone so far I’m reasonably confident we’ll get three goals here and possibly a few more besides. Full preview here: https://www.punterslounge.com/mexico-vs-ecuador-betting-mexico-go-in-search-of-unexpected-quarter-final-place 4pts Chile (-1) to beat Bolivia Evs Skybet The big problem I have for Bolivia is how do they contain and stop this Chile attacking line. They struggled against a moderate Ecuador side so how they are going to fare defensively against a rampant Chile attack remains to be seen. I’m not so sure they will see enough of the ball to pose the threat going the other way that they did against Ecuador and Chile certainly won’t make the daft defensive mistakes Ecuador did against Bolivia so I expect nothing but a comfortable Chile win here.
