  1. Re: Tennis Masters Series : Nasdq-100 Open Didn't realise they were making the men who played last night go straight back on today... Was hoping to back Henman vs Stepanek but not at 4/11 thank you very much. Was also hoping for better odds over Mr Dent but gonna let that one slide too... Think Edith(!) is probably right over Agassi as well but to be honest I thought 3/1 over Gaudio winning was a tad generous but not enough to tempt me into a bet. Good this isn't it? Lots of things not to bet on by The Saint!! Have rowed in with the rest of you over Serena tho. The only danger I can see is if she feels soryr for her older sibling and doesn't try too hard... Worth the risk at a shade over 1/2 I suppose and that's the only one I've gone for tonight... However, top spot goes to me... Can't believe I have been missing out on the pleasures of ANA IVANOVIC. What an absolute peach!!! Will be hunting for pictures l8r but gotta go and play squash right now. Good Luck to all with an interest tonight.:clap

  2. Re: Tennis Masters Series : Nasdq-100 Open Couple for me today. Can't get far enuf ahead to be able to afford a bad day. Henman to beat Chela @ 8/15 (Lads) Gaudio to beat Grosjean @ 5/6 (Sky) I h8 Henman. Not his fault but he is everything that is wrong with British Tennis. Just doesn't convince me that he cares that much.... Still, he seems to be playing well and his back seems to be ok. Last year he defeated Chela twice - once in the French Open on his least favorite surface. A measure of how much more mature a player he has become. For me Gaudio has been playing good stuff this year and is far too big at 5/6 vs Grosjean. Grosjean did win his last round vs Lappentti v easily but as I pointed out he does hold a 7-1 record against this particular player. GL to all getting involved.

  3. Re: Tennis Masters Series : Nasdq-100 Open Could really do with these two coming in today. Still bitter and twisted over Malisse! :@ :spank That's the trouble with tennis betting... Couple of points/results can make the difference between a profitable and losing week... Novak to beat Robredo 5/6 (365&BSq) Nadal to beat Verdasco 1.48 (BF) Holding a 3-0 h2h record against the much improved Robredo, Novak may well pip him... Novak is a similar standard to Henman IMHO, who beat Robredo at Indian Wells and as things stand, I reckon this is Robredo's level. He has undoubtedly improved but I do not believe they should be joint favorites just yet. As for Nadal, the price is lower than I like to bet on. Thing is, I just don't understand why he is so close to 1/2. If past and present form is anything to go by Nadal will win this one in straight sets. I make him a 1/3 shot so I guess .48 translates as value.... GL all as always.:clap

  4. Re: Tennis Masters Series : Nasdq-100 Open Thanx E. Your probsbly right with the Mello bit but he does hold a 4-0 h2h record over Ancic. I appreciate Ancic has improved out of all recognition since these victories but maybe he is young enough to let this play on his mind. Gonna stick with the Frenchie as he also holds a 6-1 h2h and as far as I can see Lappentti is in possibly even worse form! Still we shall see... O Fuc - forget Mello.... The RP have tipped him!:o

  5. Re: Tennis Masters Series : Nasdq-100 Open Hrbaty to beat Nieminen 8/11 (VC):clap Malisse to beat Ferrer 4/7 (BSq):@ Moya & Robredo in a double. evs+ (SJ):clap Starting Bank 100 points. All 25 Points on the above. What a Pile of shite!!! Two winners and one injury whilst winning! Tits! Musn't grumble too hard I guess Fancy a few today(Saturday too). Grosjean to beat Lapentti 0.66 (BF) Haas to beat Fish 4/7 (PP) Mello to beat Ancic 11/8 (B365) Barring injuries the top 2 should win comfortably leaving a possibly close game to go. Don't say Mello is a more likely winner buthe's more likely than 11/8 IMHO. Once again, GL to all.:ok Current Bank - £120.68 Robbed of - £39.28!! Will, I have no doubt be the difference between profit and loss come the end of the tournament.:( :\

  6. Re: Grand National Ante-post Any1 kno if SIR REMBRANT is running. Would imagine the horse would hav a stupid amount of weight but seems to need at least 4 miles!! If he is running and is around 40/1 an ew bet mite b in order. Can't imagine he's in but I'v only picked the winner once in 15 attempts and that was ROUGH QUEST too! (4/1 fav)

  7. Re: Tennis Masters Series : Pacific Life Open Well for your sake, I hope your right... U seem to kno what your on about despite yesterday and my prospective bet on Henman has been put back on the shelf. I know he was a shambles in his last match but it's well documented that it was a very windy day.... Would get more into my tennis beting but u have to stake so much to make it worthwhile... Can't stand the phychological 'down' when I inevitably lose!:eyes 0.68 @ Betfair seemed fair to me...:(

  8. Re: Paul Carberry on Harchibald. Genius or Cnut! C'est La Vie Boys..... Needed to hav that rant. It's another day today!:clap Rio's comments on Eddery (yes Pat!) were v interesting... A new thread may be appearing soon! I can see yor point concerning Eddery and he was infamous for not riding out for a place but for me, if the money was down - he was the best!! We'll agree to disagree!

  9. Cards on the table - I've been backing Harchibald for months.... Even gave out Xmas presents with the horses name on the slip even if I did shrewdly take the 5/1 available at the time.... Generally good jockey. Looks amazing when he gets it right. Today? Showboating ****!!! Got there far too fcukin early! As they went over the last I was pissing myself at how easy he was going! Mistake 2 compounded the first. Having go there too soon, PC should have swallowed his pride, put his balls back in his pocket and thrown hte kitchen fcuking sink at the Horse!! His final mistake was attempting to get the horse going (from apparently 2nd gear) on the steepest part of the course!! What a gypsy! While I'm sure it isn't alot to PC, the grand I would have pocketed is being sorely missed!!! The fact PC thinks the horse can win next year speaks volumes! Francome would have won on it. So would Eddery(I am aware he was a flat jockey but could roust alongany horse!). End of. Anyone who backed Hardy Eustace care to disagree?? I am absolutely gutted. A Grand Don't Come For Free!:cry

  10. Re: Hell's Kitchen!!! Hav a distinct feling I'm talking to myself here but.... James is into 7/1 with Corals now. U can still get 12s with Bet365 tho. Amanda Barrie (Alma from Cori) is another one worth having an interest in. 12/1 with Blue Sq she is only 11/4 with Bet 365. This programme is on at Prime Time on ITV which means the same demographic that voted for Tony Blackburn, Jenni Bond and alot of them will also watch Corri. Have had a score on at 12s and would be confident of being able to lay of much lower later on. I kno they can't all win but I just don't understand why Al is favorite. Nice bloke and that but where's his mass appeal to the voting public. I've never even heard of the chap.

  11. Re: Hell's Kitchen!!! Seems tobe 16/1 @ Corals still. However only 13/1 at Betfair now..... Mind u. Should the betting reflect what I watched live last night the odds should come in considerabley tonight. The editing often doesn't reflect what happened tho so it's a risk again - a good one mind IMHO.

  12. Can't think of any m8s who r gonna b 2 happy if I wake em up now to ask if I can use their Cards to bet with so it's over to u guys for a free bet... Corals going 16/1 on James Dreyfus to win the whole event. HAve only watched tonight's offerings on ITV1 & 2 and would say he has every chance. Nearly pissed off on the ITV1 show but 'Live' on ITV2 Gordon Ramsey is blowing sunshine up his arse. Redily available to lay at 10/1 at Betfair. In a selfish way, I'm hopin not too many people are gonna read this between now and the morning 'cos come 10 o clock I'm gonna b knocking down Corals front door!!:drums Good Luck gettin on every1!
