Thanks. It just looked a bit like a menu or a wedding invitation!
Might have been a bit wearying on the eye once there was a lot of posts to be reading through.

Hi 👋
For the next bet I'll put the text on the left-hand side so that it's easier to read.
No problem 😉
Thanks for the encouragement and I hope that the work will pay off and that success will be on my side.

Hello forum,
A little update:
I'm still here 🤪 , but the big lack of time at the beginning of the year. Everything's back in order now.
Two weeks' holiday now to clear my head.
a little trip to my second home in bolleart to follow my favourite club vs clermont
https://www.flashscore.fr/match/tYfVQo8L/#/resume-du-match
( no problem for the victory if you want to bet )
too bad I can't play Football Tipster Competition anymore 🤫 @avongirl
after this enormous period of pressure at work and everything will be back to normal. The Olympics are great on TV, but France is really out of breath for the preparations.
So, after my holidays, I'm finally going to spend some time on my project, which will finally have changed a bit.
I'm going to trade offplay in prematches, but with a bank divided by two. I'll be starting the 2023 season with £1,000.
You can read my second topic with the remaining £1000.
Nothing else changes.
We'll discuss it if there are any questions as I post my bets.
Of course, once again, I apologise for my difficulties with English 😅

Heisenberg68 reacted to MCLARKE in Quest about odds movement on draws
Not wanting to butt in here but I am taking a bit more interest in football at the moment
I have analysed the major leagues over the last 15 years and the worst return is the away win with a ROI of -10%, the draw is -8% and the home win is -4%.

Not intrinsically any harder or easier than the home or away odds really, with the added knowledge that punters don't generally like backing the draw which might suggest it's more likely to offer value. Indeed, if it's "easy" to calculate the home and away odds then, by a simple process of deduction, it's easy to work out the draw odds!
Probably worth keeping a bit of an eye on. If there is a tendency for the price to drift as the win prices firm up then it could present a good trading opportunity.

Heisenberg68 got a reaction from harry_rag in Quest about odds movement on draws
The odds on a draw are really hard to estimate.
Indeed, a drop in the odds of the favorite will tend to increase those of the Dog in general, of course, but may also have consequences for the draw.
I'm only interested in one odds at a time, to be honest, either the Fav or the Dog. I've never really studied the odds of a draw because they're too unpredictable, except in certain cases, but that's relatively rare.

Heisenberg68 reacted to Fader in Scottish Open (plus QF)
The final tournament of the year (some German Masters qualifiers on 18th-22nd December) but the final tournament which will give us a winner, of the year. It's also the cut-off for the Grand Prix qualification. (15th-21st Jan).
It's that cut-off which should inspire certain players. Mainly Luca Brecel, who is 2k from the cut-off and Kyren Wilson, who's 4k adrift. Si Jiahui has snuck into the top 32 after a good Shootout but he'll need to find some points to stay there. The likes of Un Nooh and Milkins will need at least one win to stay in the top 32 I reckon.
With that in mind and also looking at the draw, I'll take the following:
1pt e/w S.Murphy 20/1 Bet365
1pt e/w K.Wilson 22/1 Bet365
----------------------------------------------------
0.5pts e/w Vafaei 33/1 Paddypower
0.5pts e/w Carter 66/1 Paddypower

70 go through to Week 2. We lose 8 players but it could have been a whole lot more if Liverpool didn't sneak a win.

no joy will Brecel. What's everybody going with today then? Once again I think Yuelong has a good chance but his record against Ronnie is awful just like Milkins was and these records play on the players' minds. Yuelong has lost all four head to heads and won just 2 frames so that puts me off any kind of bet there. In the evening matches, I think Judd and Ding. However, Williams has already beaten Ding twice in 2023.

I'm not sure about Yuelong/Higgins. Part of me thinks that Higgins wins it and probably covers the handicap and then the other part of me thinks Yuelong has a chance. Yuelong played really well against Neil. Let's not forget that. Not a bet for me.
In the Ronnie match, I've found a bet with WillHill for Ronnie to win the match and hit at least 2 centuries. We know how aggressive Milkins is and that gives chances for centuries. He played another aggressive player in Un-Nooh and we saw 3 centuries. Ronnie has won 10 out of the 11 matches that these two have played. The other one was the Snooker Shootout. In the last 5 matches, Ronnie has hit 8 centuries against him and 3 out of the 5 he hit two. They were "first to 4 matches
2.5pts Ronnie to beat Milkins and hit over one century 8/5 WillHill
2pts Both players to make a century (Ronnie v Milkins) 4/1 Paddypower

Heisenberg68 got a reaction from ivans82 in Champions League Predictions > 28th & 29th November
After a very complicated start to the season, Lens have found their defensive stability.
Gradit-Danso-Medina in the 3-man defence are doing a great job in front of French international goalkeeper Brice Samba.
Predicting the match is very complicated. My supporter's heart will go out to N2, but Arsenal are up against it and it's going to be terribly complicated.
I'm going to say that Lens won't concede too many goals.
