Pick 1 winner at every meeting system

Recommended Posts

If you can pick 1 winner at each meeting per day you can make substantial profits. And to make it easier you get at least 6 bites at the cherry to get your 1 winner. A lot of people have criticised this system as it can be used to back favourites but i dont just back favourites , i follow a tipster and use his selections for each race. I start off at £1 per meeting and if the first horse loses i double my next stake to £2 and if that loses i double my next stake to £4 and so on. Once a horse wins at that particular meeting i stop at that meeting!!! If i do not find a winner at a 6 race meeting i stand to lose £63 on that meeting. I do every meeting of every day. Let the games and the criticism begin. :lol I leave out odds-on selections and skip to the following race 18th of August York £1 on Satwa Moon @ 13/2 Lost £2 on Electrolyser @ 11/2 Lost £4 on Temple Meads @ 3/1 Lost £8 on Martyr @ 7/1 Lost £16 on Face The Problem @ 7/4 Lost £32 on Sooraah @ 13/5 Lost (-£63-00) No winners at York today. Carlisle £1 on Candys Girl @ 6/5 Lost £2 on Esprit De Midas @ 6/4 Lost £4 on Hazelrigg @ 5/1 Lost £8 on Dylanesque @ 15/8 Lost £16 on Interdiamonds @ 5/4 Lost £32 on Gee Major @ 10/3 Lost £64 on Jenny Soba @ 5/2 Won (+£97-00) No more bets at Carlisle. £128 on Perez Hamilton £1 on Henry Morgan @ 5/2 Won (+£2-50) No more bets at Hamilton £2 on Desperate Dan £4 on High Resolution £8 on Hambleton £16 on Epic £32 on Real Desire Killarney £1 on Ideal @ 7/1 Lost £2 on Elusive Art @ 5/1 Lost £4 on Alpine Eagle @ 11/2 Lost £8 on Lady Hillingdon @ 11/4 Won @ 7/2 (+£21-00) No more bets at Killarney. £16 on Armaramak £32 on Volcanic Rock £64 on Red Tiger Hereford £1 on Tignello @ 7/4 Won @ 2/1 (+£2-00) No more bets at Hereford. £2 on Local Present £4 on Letham Island £8 on January £16 on Salford Rose Folkestone £1 on Boogie Diva @ 3/1 Lost £2 on Dream Number @ 10/3Won @ 7/2 (+£6-00) No more bets at Folkestone. £4 on Luminous Gold £8 on Diamond Twister Well thats it for today, lets see how it goes and please leave the criticisms until after you see the results, thank you.

Re: Pick 1 winner at every meeting system AKA 'chasing your losses' AKA 'the quickest way to bankruptcy' To make it easier you get six bites at the cherry :rollin Love that quote. If only things were so simple ;) Sorry to post this criticism before your full set of results come in, but on a public forum it can only be expected. In addition, it isn't even your own system as you have already stated that you use a tipster! Saying that, if you believe the system is a winner, making a quid on a 5/2 shot isn't going to reap you the rewards. If you're prepared to bankroll through to the last race of the meet, couldn't you dutch it? £26.25 on that 5/2 sounds much sweeter.

Re: Pick 1 winner at every meeting system I understand what you're doing and please do carry on as it'll be interesting to see your results. I think one of the issues people may have (myself included) are that you using £ stakes and not units/points. Using monetary terms sometimes makes us forget that there are other options, whereas units/points we can adjust our stakes accordingly. However you describe it, it's still chasing your losses :rollin Good luck today :ok

I understand what you are saying... I am not using units/points as i actually am putting my money down. Through my total stake/total profit its easy work out the ROI or loss if i so happen to lose.. If i made £65 per day doing this i would be a happy man so ill continue on. I didnt even get 1 winner at York yesterday and i still made a nice profit so lets just see how it goes before i get the guillotine.. And again, i fully understand you point. It is chasing losses.. But isnt any bet you do a loss ?? Its only a win if you win ;)

Re: Pick 1 winner at every meeting system

Weirdly that looks like another 65 pounds profit .
I cant count ,more like £20 loss today.I wonder if you discount not having odds-on in the calculations whether this would put the tipster into plus on Level Stakes? Aidymac how far have you checked back on the tipster ?

The tipsters level stakes have absolutely nothing to do with this. If he tips a 5/4 winner in every meeting he loses at level stakes but i still make a profit!!! Level stakes have nothing to do with this. He has a very good record of getting at least 1 winner at a meeting.. Thats why i wanted to do this thing.

Thanks Aidymac,I was quite curious as to how successful he was at different meetings over an extended period.:)

Re: Pick 1 winner at every meeting system

Quite lucky that the fav at Killarney won the last race for you or you'd be into negative profit. I really wish you used provided your own tips for this instead of using a tipster' date=' because as it is, it really belongs in the glory hunter forum.[/quote'] If your looking for a rise out of me you wont get one. Good night and god bless.

Re: Pick 1 winner at every meeting system

Not trying to get a rise at all. Just pointing out the facts.
Put the thread wherever you like. Put it on the moon if you want, just make sure its broadband accessible so i can continue to do it. And about you saying these horses are not my own picks... Since when is a system anybody's picks? Ralphie on the Quick System thread (which is very successful) just goes and picks a horse that has won last time out, that isnt his own picks is it? Its automatically picked for him. So Jay id appreciate it if you could stop giving my unnecessary hassle as i am trying to do this system of mine here and if it fails, it fails but let the man bloody get on with it, lifes too short to be bickering about nonsence. Gambling is fun , i like to try to keep it that way. I clearly stated at the start of the thread that i know this system has its flaws. I also clearly stated i use a Tipster's choices. If you want it removed over that go ahead and complain but im sure there are more things in life to be worrying about besides some Paddy's little shite system. Good night mate :rollin

Re: Pick 1 winner at every meeting system good little start to your system, may i ask a few questions, will you use this system at bank holiday meetings when there is as many as 14 meetings? and when we sometimes get 8 or 9 card meetings?? i used same kind of system at the dogs, bet trap 1 at any one meeting until it won, but found it hard too get £500-£1000 on at a time i will continue to follow your thread good luck

Re: Pick 1 winner at every meeting system Hi Aidymac ,my concern is looking at last Saturdays results is that it is possible to have early winners at many meetings and then to not have a winner at one meeting and end up quite a lot down on the day.I wondered if you were to back to win a certain amount on each horse that if you have early winners the profit would cover the six or seven race meeting where no winner obliges regards stan

Re: Pick 1 winner at every meeting system As an afterthought I wonder how successful you would be if you stuck to only the jackpot meeting of the day,as you said the reasoning behind your lucky 15 bet is the tipster has a good record at those meetings-the logic being he would concentrate on the best races of the day.,also no tipster can give the time to every race at every meeting.

Well said m8, i personally am glad that someone has got the balls to try out a system like this, i would give it a go if i had the guts and finances. I can see the obvious downside to this, but hey nothing ventured nothing gained. I have used a similar double your stakes system for both Blackjack and Roulette with the even money shot theory, both showed small profits but at a painstakingly slow process. I like the thrill of a small outlay with a large potential return myself Lucky 15 being my favourite bet, but well done you for at least giving us more conservative gamblers an interesting thread to follow, i wish you the best of luck. Regards Minty1
