rabs
Re: NRL Round 20 Souths 13+ vs the Warriors Lang has had the team under rein for a while now and they have lost too many close ones. gurudave
Re: NRL Round 20 Sorry no time to explain analysis but have taken a quick multi on Bulldogs into Dragons into Raiders $4.42 @ Sportsbet. I'm quietly confident on the Bulldogs and certainly think they are at least a 50% chance of winning this game tonight based on Parramatta's ordinary form this season. Of course if Hayne turns it on Parra are a good chance but I don't think the odds are right. I hate saying it coz it usually comes back to bite me but the other two games are locks. Have a good weekend all. No other bets for me this weekend on this round. All tough games imo.
blackcrow
Re: NRL Round 20 Eels -13.5 @ 3.00 centrebet Looks like the Eels may be making another run for the semi finals as their form over the last two games has been very good. They overcame a 22 point deficit to beat the Panthers last week with Hayne in great form, but the forward pack has started to make in roads into the opposition's defensive line. Obviously the form of Hayne has been a stand out and like him to dominate the Bulldogs here who look outclassed. The Eels match up well in the backs and forwards against the Bulldogs who pretty much are out of the running for a top 8 spot. Also with the Eels having won 7of their past 8 games against the Bulldogs, and with all seven of those wins at ANZ Stadium, like them to do it again here. Their last 3 wins over them have been by 14 points or more against them, and like the momentum that they are starting to put together. Expect them to have too much here as they have plenty to play for while the Bulldogs are resigned to missing out once again. Dragons -19.5 @ 2.85 centrebet Dragons are pretty ruthless in that they give little away and apply constant pressure before the opposition cracks and they take advaantage of the mistakes they make. The Titans make more missed tackles than any other side and that should see the Dragons make quite a few busts to set up tries for their wide players like Gasnier, Cooper and Morris. The Dragons have won 6 of the last 7 meetings and they tend to keep the Titans from scoring double figures, so can see them scoring quite a few tries while the Titans will find it hard to beat a team that has the lowest number of missed tackles. The Titans tend to struggle on the road and with the Dragons at Kogarah on a cold Friday night, like them to win this one quite comfortably as they have too much size and power in the forwards while the backs are far too talented. Campbell and Prince are very good but outside them, the rest are solid, yet their is class throughout the Dragons backline.

Crouch Potato
Re: NRL Round 20 Sharks @ 3.55 Betfair Sharks have a new coach this week and this should give the players added motivation to impress. Four of the last six teams with new coaches have won first up. Furthermore, the Sharks have won their last 5 games against a Raiders side who are terrible inconsistent. Last week they scored 50, an achievement which in recent times has been followed up with a loss. They rarely win 3 in a row and coupled with the match up advantage and new coach factor that the Sharks have going I see big value in this. blackcrow
Re: NRL Round 20 Raiders -17.5 @ 3.10 centrebet Well the Raiders flogged the Knights last week while the Sharks were flogged by the Sea Eagles. If it stays true to form, then the Raiders should have another comfortable win over the Sharks here. The Sharks have been awful, especially away from home and the Raiders have to win this to keep in touch with a top 8 spot. Campese was back to his best while Dugan played well as usual, and they should enjoy good field position once again as their good forward pack should roll over the Sharks. While the Sharks have a new coach, they are still a very ordinary side and believe that the Raiders have too much to play for to let this one slip Storm win by 13+ margin @ 3.10 centrebet The Panthers were up by 22 points last week to the Eels and then imploded, and they were fortunate to be up that much, as they heavily rely on their kicking game around the try line to get them points. Now they have probably the best and quickest fullbacks there to sweep any balls that go through and the Panthers have shown that once a team negates this tactic, they do not have much else, even more so with no Lewis there. Should be a very good battle in the forwards but the Storm have the edge in the backs, with the speed and strength of Ingles out wide, with the probing runs of Slater and Cronk around the ruck should be too much for the Panthers who have a poor record down in Melbourne. Cowboys win in 13+ margin @ 3.30 centrebet Both teams look like missing out on the semi finals so expect an open game with defence not a concern, especially with both sides leaking points. The Cowboys have the better weapons to take advantage of an open game as Thurston and Bowen can use their smaller size and speed to get around the cumbersome Knights forwards, who were smashed last week by the Raiders and can see another similar loss here, as they may have won 3 games in a row prior to that, but they lack any sort of a cohesive unit to put it together in the run home to the semi finals. They got shown up by the Raiders and while they will lift, it will not be enough, as Gidley cannot do all himself
