4.05 Pontefract - Aphrodisia (LAY) Going to oppose her today. Registered a career best on her last run, and as she is a less-consistent female horse and past the age of improvement, will wager that she can't follow it up with another equal or better performance to win two on the trot. Stiff competition today with Dazzling Light and Bollin Dolly both being much more consistent with superior runs, as well as a couple of well-travelling four year olds who are all very much open to coming on for the trip.

Re: Lay of the Day Wednesday 28th April 450 Southwell: Cloudier place lay A risk but with only two places and the fav looking very solid theres a chance that this one is on the decline and may be shoved out the frame. Ran in a chase last time and weakened very quickly as though something was wrong, his rating suggests he should be a clear second but i'm not convinced he can run up to that mark. Tharaya and Knar Mardy are more likely to run to their race and if they do they could fill the second spot. Cloudier will be odds on for a place and thats not value.
