British Open Snooker Qualifiers

Thursday 11am 10pt Double 2.25 @ Stan James Barry Hawkins v Tom Ford Stuart Bingham v Paul Davies Hawkins and Ford are both upcoming players, but Hawkins has an extra couple of gears in my opinion and should start to break through this season. Bingham has had a couple of disappointing results in the qualifiers, but won both Prestatyn Opens this season, something not many players have done. Bingham should have way too much for Davies. Thursday 4pm 10pt Double @ 1.81 Stan James Ryan Day v Nick Walker Mark Selby v Joe Delaney Day is starting to hit the form everyone knows he can, only a matter of time before he starts getting to the latter stages of tournys regular, Nick Walker represents a minor hurdle. Selby impresses me more every time I watch him, this kid is going to be a huge star if he keeps on the same track. I have no reason to think he won't as he seems very level headed indeed for a 20 year old. Already, a ranking tourny finalist and semi finalist in the past 3 years, as well as a quarter final in the last tourny.

Re: British Open Snooker Qualifiers Hawkins wins 5-0 and Bingham struggles to cross the line 5-4, but did so with a good break in the last, hopefully this gives his confidence a boost as he is much better than this. :)
