Reasoning	Nieminen form in the first part of the year was quite poor and this is his first match since end of April because of wrist injury. It's hard to know his condition coming back and with the timing he could just be looking to try it out before US Open. He plays Capdeville, and this looks like a tough match. Capdeville is a capable player, and has just won challenger tournament on hard courts. Capdeville clear favourite for me.

Reasoning	Tipsarevic as pretty big favourite in first round of small tournament is definately not to my liking. These guys are close in the rankings, and surely betting should be closer together. Both haven't played for a few weeks, again I think making it more even. Fognini made quarter final of this event last year, and he has good win of win here.
