avongirl
Re: 3 Pokernews Cup Freerolls - Tony G Poker use the correct password (to be released here the day before the tournament) Ade, is this from the PokerNews website? Just wondering where 'here' is? (Says tourneys are open to all, so no problem posting :ok)

philossify
Re: 3 Pokernews Cup Freerolls - Tony G Poker :clap Thanks for reminder on this one Ade - I'd forgotten what a decent site TonyG is. Have just earned required 10 points playing 10 seater fixed limit 0.25/0.50 (profit $7.50) - you get 0.2 points for overall rake of $0.10-$0.24 (pot above $2) and 1 point if rake $0.25 (pot above $5) - nice feature of points structure is you get the points even if you haven't contributed to the pot. Suspect playing 0.50/1.00 works betteri. Think I've got a pokernews account (just in case pw is only seeable by registered pokernews people). My biggest problem with pokernews is that most of the freerolls you can get into through them are only available to poker accounts that signed up through pokernews - luckily these ones break the mold. No idea, I presume they've ditched it. It's gone from the Pokernews website and from the TonyG lobby.
