hehe i know there are no hard and fast rules to racing :D but i remember reading a website somewhere which spoke of general guides to racing, things like: in 2yo races over a straight course, trends go with horses drawn by the rails, as the unexposed/unraced juveniles like hugging the rail. now i know what you're thinking... stop snggering at the back! at least, that 'trend' has stuck in my mind. does anyone have any similar links/advice/thoughts? i know this post is setting itself up for a lot of potential comedy (!) but any 'serious' answers would be appreciated ;)
