300 Market Rasen : Dabaratsa 3 mile novice handicap and like the look of Dabaratsa here for Tor Stugis and significantly Paddy Brennan. Noticed this one last time when a big price and ran on into fourth from a way back. It wasnt just the ground he made up but the way he ran. Very awkward round the bends and gave Sam Thomas a difficult ride, interesting to note this one has had AP, Choc, Sam Thomas and now Paddy Brennan on top. This time he goes the other way round which will suit much better and also the step up in trip will help, added headgear too but I think this is a 'cunning plan' to be honest and wouldnt be surprised if it was well backed. If Brennan can settle him on the first circuit it could be interesting.

Re: Best Bet Of The Day ~ Sunday 17th Ripon 3.40 - WISE MELODY - WIN A decent looking race this, with some very speedy types. Wise Melody ran a solid race at Newmarket last time, finishing 5th behind Evens and Odds. That was her first run since August, and was a very pleasing re-appearance. Today, the course, and trip should not be a problem - she was a C & D winner here last season. I think that the re-appearance at Newmarket will have got her ready for this, and although it is a trappy looking race, she does look like being of a slightly better class to some of the other, more exposed horses.
