glceud
Re: 20081029 - William Hill Super Series - Key Hands Begining to think that this kind of strong play is the best way to give yourself a chance in large field(250+) MTTs. So while it might not be what I would do normally, you might have played it right. There is afterall only 2 hands your much behind and even against kings your not a millon miles behind. And they all might have folded anyway. Played in all the Paradise Birthday added mtt's and saw an awfull lot of strong plays like this with far worse holdings than AK. Nearly started a thread about large field MTTs after my own and team GaF's poor showing there. I think we as a forum are missing something important in these type of events. GeordieGaz
Re: 20081029 - William Hill Super Series - Key Hands I think the money was going in no matter what GaF... I personally would have just called the 500 raise but when the king comes on the flop then there's no way I'm folding! Just unlucky this time me thinks! :sad

I think the significance is more in the format and speed of the tourney than the number of entrants :unsure
