7.20 Wolverhampton My selection against the field here is Bobby Soxter. Drawn handily in stall 1 she carries some of the best form into the race. Like Diddums, she drops in class here having been sent off the well backed favourite in class 2 Newmarket nursery last time out. She didn't see out the trip that day so todays drop back to 6f should suit and she may have had excuses for her 11th at the same track on her run prior to that, when she was hampered 1f out and finished well behind Diddums. She already has a Folkestone maiden under her belt and the form of that race has been boosted emphatically by the fifth, Lahaleeb, who has won three since, including the Group 2 Rockfell Stakes. She is let in off a mark of 73 here and given the drop in class she could be worth an each way bet at a price four times that of market leader Diddums. Paddypower (BOG) 8/1 0.5 pt EW

Re: Best bet of the day - Sat 25th Oct Donc 3.35 Crowded House 9/1 var bog 0.5 pts e.w Missed the break on first start and was a no show really but since then this horse has done nothing but impress. Won at kempton so easily and was very much fancied to do so as well that day. After that he went into a big sales race and ran really well to be second especially for a horse so inexperienced. Indeed I expect that he will come on for that run quite a lot considering he probably learned more that day in a battle hardened race than any previous race, earlier a/w win was so easy that he probably didnt learn that much. The trainer has a fair juvenille team and interestingly has placed this one in this race and that has to be respected, he has already a win to his name at the trip so no concerns there and I think can run well today.
