I wasn't paying attention enough to know what to expect of GARYUK24, but without any particular read I'd fold, after pausing just enough to make him think I might be slow-playing a monster (not that I think it's likely that will gain, but I might as well!), and check/fold post-flop. If you give up on this hand, you're still 4th of 7, comfortably ahead of 6th and 7th place, so you're a pretty strong favourite to cash. I don't think it's worth the risk that he's trapping, although if you do shove then I think you're very likely to take the pot. Actually, I remember that he'd given you a walk on your BB a couple of times before that. So maybe that means that his call is more likely to be a good hand. Or maybe it just means he's fed up with giving you a walk. But he's got a large enough stack that he could call you out of spite or frustration and still be a big favourite to cash, so I wouldn't risk it. And I guess that contradicts what I said to you in a PM about how I wouldn't have done anything different from you in your last two games. :D By the way, I think his limp there is AWFUL. With the chip stacks as they were, he had HUGE fold equity, so why not use it? If he'd put you all-in, then I don't think it's even clear that you should be calling with pocket aces (maybe I'm exaggerating, but I'm pretty sure you should be folding anything other than AA). And if it had been me I'd have considered it, especially as you weren't in such a good position with the blinds so high and so many players left. It's certainly better than shoving pre-flop against that player. But I guess he was just SO mad that there's no way of knowing what he'd have called you with on the flop, so maybe not worth the risk.
