Not only is it a donk fest but the last (and only) time I played there you started with 2000 chips and blinds of 100/200. For that reason alone you didn't have time to play poker properly. (That said there's a possibility I will be playing the donk fest there again on 29th March:unsure) I actually played this on Saturday. £3 rebuy (£2.50 casino fee), starting chips was 1000, blinds 50/100 for first 30 mins and then 100/200 for second half hour. there were 63 runners and a prize pool of over £1300 if I remember correcting which shows just how many rebuys there were. It was a donk fest with people calling all in with things like 10,8 off. After the rebuy period the blinds went up every 10 minutes so no change to play proper poker at any stage in the night. However the atmosphere was quite good and a friendly crowd. To top it off, from tomorrow they start charging for soft drinks, tea's & coffee's.
