The Tournament will be operated by Sky Poker (Bonne Terre Limited of 41 Victoria Street, Alderney, TY9 3TA) ((the "Operator"). Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully: 1. The Tournament is open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island and Republic of Ireland residents, aged 21 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of the Operator or the Sun, any other companies associated with the Tournament and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the Tournament. 2. Only one entry to the Tournament per person and/or per e-mail address is permitted. 3. In order to participate in the Tournament you must register for the tournament at http://www.vegasopen.com/ and enter your credit card details and a valid email address 4. If as a result of playing in one of the qualifying tournaments you qualify for a seat at the Vegas Open Final you will receive an email on Sunday 9 March informing you that you have a seat at the Vegas Open Final at 9pm that evening. 5. The Vegas Open Final, which will determine prize winner and runners up, will take place at 9.15pm on 9th March 2008. 6. Players must comply with the Operator's rules of play and terms and conditions. 7. The Operator does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your email. Only one entry per person and/or per email address. 8. The final 10 players to go out in the Vegas Open Final will win prizes as follows: 1st Prize £1000 for flights and transfers to Las Vegas, £2000 for hotel and £500 spending money 2nd Prize Sky Poker branded Home Poker Kit to include Table Top, 500 piece branded Chip Set, 1 x deck of Sky Poker branded Cards, dealer button, plus 6 x Sky Poker T-Shirts & Hats 3rd Prize 8 GB iPod Touch 4th Prize 4 GB iPod Nano 5th Prize - Branded 500 piece Sky Poker Chip Set to include 1 x deck Sky Poker branded playing cards, 1 x dealer button. 6th Prize Branded 500 piece Sky Poker Chip Set to include 1 x deck Sky Poker branded playing cards, 1 x dealer button. 7th Prize 1 x Seat at the Primo £30k Final held at Sky Poker 9pm on 7th March 2008. 8th Prize 1 x Seat at the Primo £30k Final held at Sky Poker 9pm on 7th March 2008. 9th Prize Sky Poker branded T-Shirt 10th Prize Sky Poker branded T-Shirt 9. Winners will receive an email from the Operator notifying them of the final positions and confirmation of receipt of prizes within 3 working days of the tournament ending. 10. Prizes will be dispatched within 14 working days of the promotion ending to the qualifying player's postal addresses as recorded at the time of registration. 11. Prizes are non-refundable and non transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 12. Prizes are subject to availability at the time of booking. Should any product be unavailable at the time of purchase, the Operator reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change. 13. The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to the prize where applicable. 14. The Operator will not be liable for prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Operator's reasonable control. 15. If any winner is unable to accept a prize, the Operator reserves the right to award the prize to another participant. 16.
