Held back by a big weight LTO at Ascot giving 16lbs only to go down by a nk and now weighted to set the standard here with the main man on board. Steam Cuisine 8.05 Newmarket Has looked an improved performer on her past two starts, both over CD, a good win in a class 4 on GS and most recently finishing a good fourth to Tarteel in a class 2. A repeat should be good enough in this weaker race with the eye catching booking of Ted Durcan
