Beekeeper
I just won a spot prize on sky poker for emailing in the derivation of the word Razz. Norman Pace thought my answer was wrong but was impressed by the fact that I didn't just Google the answer. Sorry Norman but that is EXACTLY what I did. Beekeeper
Re: Spot Prize Sky Poker The word razz derives from the English word "Crass" meaning an uncouth or unsophisticated person because of course the normal scale of hand values is reversed when playing razz. The c in "crass" was dropped and the letters s changed to z. Well it convinced me!
