allthethings
No idea yet if my book will offer lines on these games...usually they avoid offering lines on the games where 9-1 is a possible score...but one general question: Does anyone take these games seriously in Norway? I did very well betting overs in the early rounds of the Svenska Cupen -- low-division home team comes out fired up, scores at least one, heavily favored away team realizes they have to actually show up, scores between 2 and 5 -- just wonder if this one tends to play out the same. FinLandiaFish
Re: Norway Cup 6/13 Baerum - Ham Kam I don't no how seriously these teams take the cup but considering the fact that both teams are not from Tippeligaen I think they are there really to compete. So I went and made this bet a bit blind cuz I think it's value to back the good form Ham Kam from Adeccoligaen against a team from lower levels... simple as that. Ham Kam (-1.0) @1.65 (from Betsafe) :ok
Unbelievable
Re: Norway Cup 6/13 I'm looking for bankers and accumulators. Here is the list of Norway Premier League teams vs lower league teams A few factors to consider when backing stronger team on paper. Will they take this cup competition seriously? In the last round a Div 1 team got beaten by a team 2 league below. Odds for Div 1 team to win was at 1.04! and they lost...it seems that they are fighting for promotion to premier league this year so getting involve in more cup matches (which will eventually be won by premier league team which has more squad depth) is not necessary. Relegation treathened team will also not want to get more injury in cup matches and might not be committed to win when playing away Tonsberg FK - SandefjordDiv 2.1PL5.223.741.53Vard Haugesund - Start KristiansandDiv 2.3PL13.17.121.11KIL/Hemne - Rosenborg Trondheimno dataPL24.9611.741.02Kvik Halden FK - Lyn SFKno dataPL13.157.291.11Sarpsborg FK - FredrikstadDiv 2.1PL13.437.061.11Volda TI - Aalesundno dataPL16.038.031.08 Any norweign friends would like to share team news on those PL team? Ham Kam (-1.0) @1.65 (from Betsafe) :ok I'll try this one too, Ham-Kam are placed at 1st place in Adeccoligan, they have a great away record: 5 0 0 16-7, and as the cup is important in Norway they should have no problems to win vs Baerum, a div.2 team placed 11/14, with a couple of goals, I find 1.70 really good considering the class difference between these teams. Ham-Kam -1 (EH) @ 1.70 (Nordicbet)

allthethings
Re: Norway Cup 6/13 I feel for you, even betting blind it's hard to pick against the one outright upset in regulation time. Tail at your own risk, but check out the overs in Portugal-Netherlands starting in 25 minutes. See the U-21 thread...
