Werdnatrebor
Hello. I have been studying the UNDER 2.5 Goals market for the game this coming saturday between ARSENAL and NEWCASTLE and unless I`ve been a complete plonker which i`ve no doubt there will be no shortage of people to tell me so, with the exception of a 4-0, 0-4, 4-1, 1-4 5-0, 0-5, 5-1, 1-5 6-0, 0-6, or greater. all the scores under this can be covered for a profit. ODDS under 2.5 goals 1.98 ( covers 0-0, 0-1,0-2, 1-0, 1-1, 2-0) 2-1 9.2 1-2 60 2-2 44 3-2 48 2-3 260 3-3 160 3-1 14.5 1-3 370 0-3 150 3-0 8.4 If £100 staked then a return of £113.45 can be made before Betfair 5% is deducted. georgej
Re: under 2.5 goals almost guaranteed profit? i'd agree with those figures. arb of 0.8815. Just as long as none of the others hit.
Crouch Potato
Re: under 2.5 goals almost guaranteed profit? If you have exceptions, there will always be a way to make profit...In all honesty, I think this is a horrible idea. If you really wanted to make money from the game, Lay Newcastle! Datapunter
Re: under 2.5 goals almost guaranteed profit? Why not just Lay "Any unquoted" ?

You would not want to do both. By laying unquoted, you are backing under 2.5 goals and the 2-1 3-1 3-0 3-2 1-2 1-3 2-3 0-3 2-2 3-3 scorelines all in one simple bet. Werdnatrebor
Re: under 2.5 goals almost guaranteed profit? ok oscar many thanks, aside from the arsenal game odds for laying unquoted tend to range from 13-20.0 so potential liabilities would be huge for such a small profit.is it really a viable bet....maybe on JTW under 2.5 tips cos they rarely if ever finish outside of the quoted market.
