Hopefully over time this will show a profit. Selections will be based on form, going, jockey etc etc (the usual) and hopefully I can make this work. How do you work your place bets out, do you just go with your form methods or such? I tried to do a placing thread before looking for value, but it went wrong also! I think I will take your advice and chose about 3 bets a day from now on and see how it goes.
