Morning all (2nd time).

Nice french winner LE KARMA (advised 4/1) to start the day so on to the UK jumps action.

Only one race I want to be having a punt in today and that would be the Surrey National at Lingfield which is undoubtedly a tricky one to try and solve. Without going on too much I am mostly interested in three, two of which are now at the veteran stage of their career but going on their last duel over a marathon trip at Haydock may well be nicely suited by today's gruelling challenge.

Here is my selection for today:

Lingfield 2.45 SAINT XAVIER e/w @ 14/1 (generally)  4 places  (cheeky rev. f/csts with Here Comes McCoy and The Two Amigos/ small single covers)

I would not even put anyone off being totally exotic and covering all three in reverse tricasts.

What the heck eh, let's be adventurous.

We already have one winner in the bag from France.

Daily NAP

2.35 Catt - We Got Your Back - 3/1 generally - Took a while, but eventually Won LTO, and has gone up just 3lbs so can go well again. Trainer Laura Morgan has a 23% SR here, and has had 2 winners from 9 runners in the last 2 weeks so is in form.

Daily EW

Again going with a shorter price EW double.... Hills and 365 offer the best price.

3.05 Catt - Cave Article - 9/4 (1/5th 3 places). Was suited by stepping up in trip and winning LTO. Trainer Christian Williams has very few runners here ( 1 win from 5 in last 5 years). He is in good form with 2 wins and a place from his last 10 runners....... 4.05 Catt - Admiral Fitz - 9/2 (1/5th 3 places). He is lightly raced, and wears a cheekpieces/tongue tie combo for the 1st time. Again, trainer Harriet Dickin is a rare visitor here ( only 1 runner in last 5 years - won). She is in very good form and has won with 3 of her last 6 runners.
