Incorrect outcome made me lose?

I'm going to re-write this to add better context.

 had A9 and bet on a flop of A96, got a call on the turn and raise and re-raised to the point there was a showdown before the river.

K K doesn't help either of us because he showed me an open-ended straight draw 78

I've looked over this several times and I can only think that the software screwed up. I've told PaddyPoker about this and I'm waiting on a response but suffice to say I will go to the poker sites instead of "poker bookies" from now

Probably dumber than dumb comment but the only way I see that hand wins is if you were playing a variant where aces were wild in which case he has a straight!
