MattyNeth
Re: WC Quals. 07/09 European Zone Poland 1.40 nailed on at home to Wales. A win for Poland gets them through to the World Cup Finals if I am not mistaken. Top two runners-up qualify and with just the 1 defeat so far, a win here would mean at worst 2 defeats and only Sweden can better that. 100% confidence
Red Label
Re: WC Quals. 07/09 European Zone Spain - Serbia & Montenegro looks like certain UNDER 2.5 , at first glance , S & M hasn`t conceeded single goal in seven quals. games ... I would avoid them for this reason .
DAC
Re: WC Quals. 07/09 European Zone Finland suffered an embarrasing draw away in Andorra. IMHO Liechtenstein are a better quality side than Luxembourg and should win comfertably, Luxembourg may also be knackered after defending for 90 minutes against Russia. Poland and Liechtenstein pays 2.07 I'll check the team news and injuries during the week.

Tulenos
Re: WC Quals. 07/09 European Zone Agree neither Bulg nor Finland have a reason to win, just Bulgaria should do their best perhaps as their fans would crucify them if they couldn't beat the likes of Iceland. But completely missed the Liechtenstein match which looks the way to go.;)

Footie Addict
Re: WC Quals. 07/09 European Zone Leitchtenstein are a way better side than Luxembourg - plus they will have motivation, as I'm sure they'd love a home win in front of their fan ;) Didn't they win 4-0 at Luxembourg already - they were a tasty price at 7/4 that day too :loon
DAC
Re: WC Quals. 07/09 European Zone Sweden do look value for money, however, Hungary still have a chance at qualification and if they beat Sweden then they are right back in the running. Also Spain doesn`t look too good , so with our defensive tactics , this can be very , and I mean very temtping bet ... Cheers !I agree with the U2.5 although i've not managed to find it yet. I like the look of 9/2 for S&M to keep a clean sheet. Looking at Spains qualification recored so far the 13/8 at bet365 for 0-0 half time score is also very tempting. Spains qualifying record so far 08/06/05 Spain 1 - 1 Bosnia & Her. 0 - 1 half time. Spain score a 96th min equaliser against 9 man bosnia team to scrape a draw. 04/06/05 Spain 1 - 0 Lithuania 0 - 0 half time (winner scored in 67th min) 30/03/05 Serbia & Mon. 0 - 0 Spain 09/02/05 Spain 5 - 0 San Marino 3 - 0 half time 09/10/04 Spain 2 - 0 Belgium 0-0 Half time. Belgium have man sent off after 29 mins and hold out until 60th min when spain score twice in 5 mins. Belgium have 2nd player sent off couple shortly after. 08/09/04 Bosnia & Her. 1 - 1 Spain 0-0 Half time. Spain take lead in 67th min before B&H score in 79th. and just for comparisoin.... Serbia & Mon 03/09/05 Serbia & Mon 2 - 0 Lithuania 1 - 0 half time 04/06/05 Serbia & Mon 0 - 0 Belgium 30/03/05 Serbia & Mon. 0 - 0 Spain 17/11/04 Belgium 0 - 2 Serbia & Mon 0 - 0 half time 03/10/04 Serbia & Mon 5 - 0 San Marino 2-0 Half time. 09/10/04 Bosnia & Her. 0 - 0 Serbia & Mon 04/09/04 San Marino 0 - 3 Serbia & Mon 0-2 half time
fgee
Re: WC Quals. 07/09 European Zone what about Turkey to beat Ukraine @ 3.20?? looks like value to me, Ukraine have already qualified and Turkey require a win to keep ahead of Greece and Denmark i agree Sweden look value to beat Hungary Hungary won 4-0 , but it was over Malta so not a particularly amazing result Swedens defence have conceded 2 goals in 7 games, veyr impressive although both teams will really want to win this i think the Swedes will win Bulgaria to beat Iceland -1 handicap @ 2.10 looks decent Icelands defence is very shaky, and Bulgaria will look to wrap up 3 points to have any hope in hell of catching 2nd placed Sweden Bulgaria's almost as poor as Iceland thou, but they did beat Iceland 3-1 in Reykjavik
Zenith
Re: WC Quals. 07/09 European Zone Don't worry, Finland will push 110% for the win despite the chances are gone to qualifying. And we'll be playing every game with a full attitude, no doubts there. I think we'll beat Romania at home and hopefully steal at least a point from Czech too. The draw against Andorra was maybe the biggest humiliation ever or at least in many, many years. Because Finland have not f*cked up against small countries neither home and away recently and it was a very ugly loss (draw can be titled as a loss). What makes it even more disturbing is the fact that Romania beat Czech and a win at Andorra would have kept our chances to Qualify to 2006 Champs alive (in theory at least). Now they're gone because we couldn't win a game where we were 85% favs :\ So if you want a banker Finland are surely one. Our problem currently is (and been the past years), that we are good enough to beat all the poop countries but we always f*ck the big games up somehow. We play an excellent match but always some individual mistakes cost us the victory. Btw the next manager of our national team will be Roy Hodgson ;) Who leads us to the next qualifiers, at the moment we have a temporary coach but it's all positive because the previous one ruined the whole national team and stole years of possible success. Our main problem has always been the lack of goalscorers and yes we have Mikael Forssell but he's been injured practically 2 years in a row and is not even close fit. And even I could score better than Kuqi :tongue2 But Eremenko jr. will deliver a couple of free kicks in! Plus Makedonia are so crap we'd beat them 3-0 even with our reserve team to be honest. Macedonia are a better team than Andorra........so that does not compute. Seriously though, that shock result should be enough to spur the finns into action. The Original
Re: WC Quals. 07/09 European Zone Shewa is out of team and turn back to Milano... Ukraine will play with the young players as they have already guaranteed the WC. So Turkey will be very effective in this match because it is their last chance... Tulenos
Re: WC Quals. 07/09 European Zone Czech Republic will miss Petr Cech as he was asked to return to Chelsea due to his minor shoulder injury. It makes no difference at all, the second goalie Blazek is also very good and I suspect the game will be a one-way traffic as Armenia simply can't compete at this level. Not due to Cech's absence, but not sure I would recommend the -3 goals handicap available @ Pinnacle. Shaky midfield unable to deliver balls to the forwards and playing against virtually 11 men behind the ball doesn't inspire any confidence in a wide margin win.
