8 runners should be going to post for the 1200m 3 year old cup held at Launceston in Tasmania, #1 Tuck Warrior comes here with a 100% C&D rate (2-2) and is a perfect 6 from 6,  latest C&D being on the 21st February and has since won twice over 1200m both at Hobart (2nd and 16th May) hasnt been seen since other than a trial at Launceston over 800m on the 1st November, #2 Outbound has won 2 of 5 starts so far and finished 2nd on the remaining three including last time out at Launceston over 1100m beaten just 0.1 lengths on the 17th November, has placed over C&D and has the rails draw in stall 1 for this contest, #3 Alpine Wolf has only had 2 race starts and has won both of those at Devonport combination win of 5 lengths with last being on the 11th July both those starts were over 1009m so this is just shy of 200m further and has won 2 trials since then, #4 Coeur De Lyon last won 4 starts ago at Devonport on the 6th June over 1009m, since then has come 2nd once and third a further two times, recently was at Launceston over 1100m beaten 0.1 length in the same race as #2 Outbound but unlike that horse has never raced over C&D, #5 Peace Be Upon Him has 1 win and a 2nd place from two career starts winning last time out at Launceston over 1220m on a soft 5 so would be high up on the list, #6 Miss Charlie Brown hasnt placed yet in two races being beaten 4.3 and 5.7 lengths in the process and meets Outbound and Alpine Wolf again so may find it difficult meeting those has won twice at Launceston but never over 1200m, #7  Miss Tuppence won at Launceston over 1100m beating both Outbound, Coeur De Lyon and Miss Charlie Brown that day however has only finished as high as 3rd place over C&D, #8 Majestic Diamond has won 2 from 2 with one over C&D latest being 17th November winning by 1.5 lengths and is drawn well in stall 2 today 

Verdict: this looks like a very good line up and you can make a case for a good 5 or 6 of these and given the first 4 from a race on the 17th November meet again here but over a slightly longer trip ill take a chance with Peace Be Upon Him having very close distance (20 meters) and ground form and ill put a safer pick of Majestic Diamond in there
