04.00 Wagga - Mountaineer Cup (3200m)
#1 Barmah Al won last time out at Wagga 12 days ago that was over 2500m has won once and placed once in both starts to date at Wagga but hasnt won above 2850m so the distance might be the only concern for me, #2 Hilltop Hood fourth of nine at Queanbeyan 8 days ago has not won for 53 weeks however but has won twice at Wagga no wins above 2500m however did finish last of 7 beaten 26 lengths in this race last year, #3 Latin Beat won at Bendigo on the 15th October over 2400m  that was following a narrow second place at Swan Hill also over 2400m 3 weeks prior and stall one will be a positive not won above 2400m and first time running at Wagga but has a decent chance, #5 Will To Excel winner at Orange 10 days ago over 2100m winning by 5.5 lengths has 3 wins from 15 career starts another horse making a first time appearance at this track but may be the one to beat,
Verdict: #3 Latin Beat    5/2 Bet365

05.50 Wagga - Stan Sadlier Stakes (1400m)
#1 Upper House
may not be the first horse to jump out at you having finished 10th at Goulburn beaten 5 lengths on the 9th October however this horse has had 10 races at Wagga and won 3 of those and placed in another and has won once over C&D from 3 races so might be worth a chance, '2 Long Jack not been seen for 103 weeks since 2nd November 2019 at Flemington over 2500m has since that placed 3rd in a trial at Goulburn and first race run for a new stable  blinkers come off and has been gelded, #3 Takissacod should be the favourite for this race won 2 starts ago at Queanbeyan over 1200m and has since followed up with a 2nd place effort at Warwick Farm on the 4th October over todays distance and has placed over C&D previously , #4 Thistledo placed first beaten 0.2 lengths at Wagga over 1300m on the 16th October but has never won at Wagga but a big positive is a 5kg drop in weight and could be up there again, #5 Banger placed three times from five runs this season but was 7th on last start at Coonamble but does boast 3 wins from 5 on dry ground and has placed over C&D before
Verdict: #1 Upper House    17/2 William Hill E/W
