I wish to view some of my previous bets but all my sports bets have been totally wiped. I have contacted customer support who deny all knowledge of my previous bets and say I haven’t had any previous bets, this is surely illegal. Contact IBAS ? harry_rag Posted November 17, 2020 Share Posted November 17, 2020 A frontline customer support adviser may well only have access to the same information that you can see, hence their response that there are apparently no previous bets. Leaving aside the suggestion that it's wise to keep a record of one's betting history in case something like this happens (so you're aware of any unsettled bets and how much the firm might owe you when returning funds) I'd have thought that you're certainly entitled to the information in question under data protection legislation. I'd have a look at the firm's online privacy notice where they detail what they use your data for and what your rights are, e.g. "you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you". Try contacting the firm via social media explaining what has happened and what you are after. They may then be able to help you via private messages.
