Decent over hurdles,the selection made a promising chase debut when 4th here in heavy ground back in December.The gelding did a long wrong that day pulling too hard early and jumping right at the last two flights when bang in contention.Given a break since and racing in less testing conditions will all be in his favour today.

An open looking contest but i can't resist chucking a few sheckles at Baratineur to get a long deserved victory.The eight year old has been runner up on all of his last three races,most latterly when rallying gamely but still went down narrowly at Sedgefield in January.

Nicely settled in here at the bottom of the weights(and with the talented Richard Patrick taking off a further three pounds),he is of interest on his first run for a new stable(Adrian Wintle).
