Verdict:

A fascinating renewal and Derby favourite Midterm will be tested here. If he comes out on top here he will be a very short price for Epsom but I suppose whatever wins will be fancied to double up in a few weeks time. I’m prepared to give Foundation a second chance after his defeat at Newmarket. He has the edge on form with quite a few of these from last season and looks just to have the Stoute runner to beat. At the prices he looks terrific each way value and he might even just have his stable mate Wings Of Desire to worry about. He could be anything and is not entered at Epsom so this is a late maturing sort and open to lost of improvement.

Journey looks a bit ahead of the field here and will be hard to peg back especially with conditions to suit and dettori on board ....9/4 doesn't look bad value and I'd imagine he will go off shorter I'd expect around 7/4 so I'll take that
